I needed a piano moved. I called and made an appointment. The Woman at the call center was bright and cheerful and promised that they would remove it. She quoted a reasonable price. We had a couple of other things that should go too, so we thought we'd do it all at once. They called the day before to make sure I'd be here and assured me that they would do what it took to remove our junk. The morning of the pick up, the driver called. He was angry and belligerent. He told me they would only take the piano if it was outside the house, due to liability issues and that I'd need to move it outside or cancel the pick up. I had a broken foot and both my husband ans grown son had already left for work. I cancelled the pick up. We are not satisfied. IF they had told us up front that we needed to have the piano outside, we could have made it happen before the pick up. As it was, after dismantling the piano and hauling it outside ourselves, we took it to the dump on our own.

Very quick and efficient - they came within 45 minutes of contacting them.

Service went good, two guys were nice enough. My only reservation is that the price is quite subjective.

Marvelous! Charlie and Matt were professional, super-courteous, quick, and eager to help. They transformed my space. Communication was outstanding. Online booking process was easy. I could not be more delighted.

The guys came by - they recognized me which was nice. (They'd been out here once before.) They picked up some old furniture the previous owner had left plus a bunch of stuff I'd broken down in the house and moved to the garage. All went well and was quick. Months later I remembered that the driver had asked for a review and so here I am.

Painful. The only reason I gave some good grades were the helpful customer service people at the 800 number and the manager who finally did make things right. Booked online for a Saturday 8-10am pickup. Got an email confirmation saying they would call 15 min prior to the window. Nothing seen or heard by 10am. Called customer service who contacted driver. Driver called me at 10:15am to say that I was never on route and they might be able to get me Sunday. I expressed frustration and was told manager would call. Waited 20 minutes and heard nothing. Called customer service. Spoke with Rachel (she was helpful). She checked with driver and got same story I had been given. She eventually figured out that somebody manually double-booked a set of pickups in an area that made it impossible for them to get to me. She had no explanation as everything I did through the website matched what she saw for availability. She said if I had been calling for a new pickup today she would have told me that there was availability. She was apologetic. I told her I had wasted a good part of my day and expected a serious discount. She said they would do what they could. Got a call that driver was on the way from Olympia to Gig Harbor. Showed up and quoted me same rate as my online promo code. I said this was unacceptable and expected some compensation for all the wasted time and misinformation. He said he was not authorized to do anything more. I told him he could either call and get authorization or leave and I'd slam them on a review and go with another company. Eventually he offered a greater discount, but still not even half off. I sent them away and called customer service telling them they needed a better answer. Got a call from the franchise owner. Gave him a recap. He said the driver claimed that I had cussed out the team with four letter words and thrown them off my property. Not true. I was frustrated and I told them to leave. The profanity I did use was to call the whole thing "BS" which was accurate. The owner asked what he could do to make it right. I said come back today and haul it away for $100. He said that wasn't gonna happen. Got a call a bit later from the owner saying he had spoken to driver again and gotten more accurate info on our interaction. He apologized and offered to come back and pick up the junk for $100. Bottom line: - Junk was hauled away and I paid a very reasonable rate for that - But...that was only after wasting most of my Saturday and slugging it out - I understand that mistakes happen. But I had a confirmation that was not honored nor was it ever going to be honored. If somebody had called me the day before or first thing to say "sorry, we goofed" I would have gladly rescheduled. Instead, I was the one to contact them when nobody showed up and it went downhill from there. - I give the 800 line customer service team credit for trying, and I give the franchise owner credit for following through. If it wasn't for that, this would be a straight F.

Two drivers arrived in a large truck and explained how their company works. They promptly started to load the items I had laid out to hauled away. They offered to get some items from the back yard including four old tires. It was quick and efficient. They errived on time and were pleasant to work with.

Nice polite young men, Scott & Jason. Gave us an estimate and said they could do it same day. Walked around and viewed all items. Estimated around $700.00. Came back and loaded up but had under-estimated volume and could not get it all in the truck. Had to go and come back for second load. Estimate was almost $300 more than anticipated. In general, for the speed & convenience, the cost was not wildly un-reasonable, but the crew was not close in their estimate of the volume & cost for our load.

The day they were schedule to show up, they called in the morning to say they happened to be in the neighborhood, and offered to show up earlier that day. Removal was done really quick and they cleaned up afterwards. Great experience.

The website is fantastic. Does not require a credit card to schedule. It offers two hour windows to schedule in. The crew called ahead of time as advertised. They were arrived on time. The employees were fast, courteous and willing to work with us. If you pointed at it, they would put it in the truck and then ask for more. I would use these folks again!!

The website was super simple to use and schedule a pick up. The company called within 24 hours of the website scheduling to see if I had questions. The pick up team called 15 minutes in advance of the arrival and the truck pulled up right on time. The team was courteous and expedient. The price is established upon arrival after the team reviews the amount of materials to be picked up; the price is a bit still but I felt it was well worth it.

They were swift and took everything they were supposed to. Very professional and clean.

They called me about 1/2 hour before they arrived. After introducing themselves, they gave me a quick estimate that we agreed upon. They went quickly to work and it was all done and cleaned up in about 1/2 an hour. Nice job, nice guys. Digging my new space!

Great. On time and very nice.

I've used this company for several years at a couple of locations - my father's house and my house. Despite the distance between both house, their service was consistently similar in both areas- easy online scheduling, quick and efficient pickup, leave the area clean when finished and have extremely professional workers. They've always arrived on time and when they can arrive earlier, they will call. This is my go to company when I do some house and garage cleaning.

They arrived on time, worked very steadily, and I appreciated how they set aside objects they thought had value that I should look at before they carted them away. They tidied and swept the area in which they had worked before leaving. I would have them again any time!

They showed up on time. They say they will take pretty much anything and they do. I have used them more than once, expect to again, and would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone.

They were very courteous and did a very good job. The only reason for a B rating is they are a little expensive but I need to get rid of the stuff and lack of my time prevented me from getting rid of. They were fast, and said they would donate the good stuff.

The team from 1-800-GOT-JUNK was on time and very quickly removed all the items requested. I have used this company on at least 4 occasions in the past 6-7 years and have been consistently pleased with the service.

It was an OK experience but I think they're expensive. We spent about $300. They won't clean it up but they will take out what you ask them to take.

They did really well. They were here when they said they were going to be here, their prices were very reasonable, they did the job and it looks great. I spent about $140.
