The experience was excellent. I just used them once, but they came out within a couple of hours, and everything was done as expected. It worked out great. I am sure they can't always come out in a couple of hours, but if they can, they will. I thought the cost was reasonable. They had to come upstairs, and they were very careful about coming into my house, and they put on booties, and did not hit walls or anything like that. They were very conscientious about all that. I felt that they were reliable, and they called me to tell me who would be there, and they were super duper conscientious. I would recommend them.

The experience with them has been very good. They are prompt, they get the work done quickly, and we are very well satisfied.

We were in the process of moving. So we were purging a lot of stuff and cleaned out our crawl space/storage area. We had A LOT!!! GOT JUNK called ahead of arrival, arrived on time. The guys were extremely courteous and professional. The took everything away and even swept the garage floor when they were done. I would highly recommend and use again.

This is my second time using the service because for $99 to have somebody to come over to remove stuff you don't want (think 2 used toilets) is a steal for me. I mean, yes I could've rented a trailer and load the 2 heavy toilets and bring them to the dumping ground, but would I want to risk the chance of dealing with the left over in the toilets? Although there isn't much waste in them other than water, I didn't feel like doing it myself. In addition, when I get to the dumping ground, I was told (by my friend which I didn't verify myself) that I'd still have to pay around $20-$30. That plus the trailer rental and gas could easily add up to around $70. For $30 more I'd be saving my back and couple of hours and all the hassle, why not? So, after some thoughts, I decided to go with them again. // Booking an appointment I called them around 5pm on Saturday, the person on the phone was really courteous and tried to see if anyone's available on the same day. But unfortunately the answer was negative, so I booked the first available appointment the next morning - Sunday 8AM. Crazy, right? I told him I have the coupon from Angie's list, and he told me to just present it to the guys tomorrow and I'm all set. He also told me that they'll call me at 7:30 to let me know when they're coming the next morning. // Disclaimer First of all I'd like to say that I'm not a morning person, at all. So my plan was to wait for their call, put myself in the standby-sleeping mode, and when they actually show up I'd just go down to my garage and let them take the stuff away. // Implementation 7:53AM: got a call from them telling me they'll be here around 8:30am. Alright, 30 minutes while I wasn't planning on doing anything other than sleeping is no big deal. So I told them to call me when they arrive, and went back to sleep. 8:21AM: got a call saying they're here. Told them I'd be down in 2 minutes. 8:23AM: opened the garage door and was greeted with smiley face and courteous greeting, good way to start my day, ya? Since I've used the service before and I knew how it worked, I didn't need them to explain how they charge and such (although he had an illustration ready by hand before I opened the garage door, which was professional I think). I pointed to the junk against the garage wall with my car parked right next to it, and asked if they'd also take the TV box. They're pretty cool and said "yea sure I can throw it in there". 8:25AM: they were done. There wasn't really a lot of stuff per se (3 items in total), but I liked the fact that they took caution when moving stuff around the car, especially the part where they took preventive care to remove the toilet sink cover off first prior to moving the entire toilet, as that could easily slide off during the move and hit other stuff. They also paid attention to the surrounding while they moved were at work, which I think this kind of little details is what makes a business go a long way. // Conclusion Will I be using them again? You bet! Let alone the price (regularly they cost about $149+tax), the thing I value the most is the hassle they have saved me. Thanks for reading my long and detailed review!

I received a call that the gentlemen were in the area early and if they could come by, I asked for an additional 30 mins and they arrived on time. They were professional, quick to get the work done and a pleasure to work with. I added a couple extra items that exceeded what I had purchased and was offered a reasonable price to take care of it. Overall I was very pleased with the 3 gentlemen's professionalism as well as sweeping the area and making sure everything was taken care of. Will definitely consider using them again..

Two young men provided the services. They called ahead of time, told us when they were coming, and were very punctual and polite. They performed the services quickly, answered all our questions, and were very professional. All in all, an excellent job, with which we are very happy.

2 young men called at 8:30 and said they would arrive at about 8:45. Window was 8-10 AM. They arrived promptly and very efficiently removed all my junk from the garage and patio and swept the small about of debris

It was great! I purchased the 99$ deal, and had a little more stuff, so had to pay a little extra - but I expected that.

I would like to get a refund on Order #1045501 (1-800-GOT-JUNK). The incremental amount estimated by the company representative combined with my Angie's List coupon was extraordinarily over-priced in comparison to competing service providers.

Our contractor had contacted one of the top A rated haulers on Angies list. He was busy and took 2 weeks for scheduled pick up date. He showed up, decided he needed to charge more (he was told no one would be there but had easy access to the junk- he said ok), & since no one was there he left. He later told our contractor that his truck broke down and it would be 2 weeks before it was repaired and he could get back if we still wanted him to do the job at the higher price. I needed to get rid of this pile of wood right away. I called the National number for 1800-GOT-JUNK at noon on a Saturday. They quoted a range of $400-600 based on quantity estimate and said they'd have someone there between 2-4pm and the driver would call around 2:15pm. Their truck came from Lake Stevens area. They called at 2pm said they'd be there by 3pm. They arrived at 3pm. Loaded all the lumber (plus some other junk) in less than an hour. It filled the truck. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up everything. They were more expensive than the other quote - but it was worth it for them to show up the same day and just got it done. I will use them again in a heartbeat, because I know I can count on them showing up and getting the job done at the quoted price. I should note here that my estimate on the size of the load that I gave them on the phone was less than the actual loaded quantity...so I paid a little more (600 vs 500) but was worth it.

Not well. Was unable to get the price list from the man to read. They were over two hours late. No I would not use this company again. I wished I had done a better job of checking other places.

They were right on time for the appointment. Worked extremely hard and filled up one of their trucks. They hauled away things that had been at the house before I ever moved there. They were very nice and polite and took great care. I rated the price a "b" but really, it was worth it. I could have saved money by going to the dump 10-12 times but the time savings made up for it.

They were about an hour late for their appointment, but other than that, it was a good experience.

I contacted the company, they had a representative call me to set up an appointment. The rep appraised the cost, and told me he would back to me by the next Monday. I waited until Tuesday to call again, an appointment was re-established, and was followed up in a more timely manner. They did a great job of a difficult task, and charged a reasonable amount.

They were very polite, on time. Were here and loaded in 15 minutes. Would have Got Junk Again in a heart beat.
