Boris arrived on time and did a great job. Explained everything that needed to be done prior to starting the job and during the service. Installed a new gasket on our washer, cleaned it and also made sure the washer was level as it was vibrating - the vibration is now gone. On the dryer, he took it apart and oiled it which had not been done in many years. Also installed a new "band" around the drum as it was making noise and made sure it was also level as one of the pieces under the dryer was broken and needed to be replaced so that it would remain level. Also installed a new line exchaust line to the outside of our garage.

Boris did a very professional and viable honest feedback. Will hire these guys again if I need anything.

Well! Dryer fixed in same visit, belt replacement and full lint removal. Other appliances diagnosed and lowest cost option will be to replace.

Overall experience was excellent. Responsiveness, scheduling, and the end results is excellent. This was a old slide-in cook top which the manufacturer have stopped manufacturing. However, Borris @ 10XRepair first reviewed the requirements and was able to complete the repair at fair price. For me only alternative was to do re-modelling of the granite top. The price quoted was reasonable and the confidence I got from discussion with 10xRepair was very high for long term resolution. I am very happy with the services done by 10xRepair.

Great. Boris diagnosed the problem and gave us a cost-effective solution. We tried ordering a cheaper part for our Viking stove to save us money but when that part created problems he can back to fix it for no extra visit charge. He was also good at explaining the issue and was on time and responsive. I would definitely ask him for help again in the future.

Boris came promptly the day after Christmas and figured out how to repair our leaky dishwasher without requiring any new parts. It's an old appliance, but does not yet need replacement, apparently. Would recommended him highly; efficient, professional, honest service!

Very professional and clear on the issue and repair.

Excellent overall. When I phoned, he quickly understood what was needed, informed me that the part was not in stock and estimated when he could get the part and install it. We made an appointment pending arrival of the part. The estimate proved accurate. On the day the part arrived, he offered to come early and I agreed. He arrived when promised, replaced the part, tested the new part and left the site clean.

Freezer had vents blocked needed no repair. The dryer was not connected correctly so not venting to outside which was reason clothes were not drying and room heating up.

There is no question in my mind that I would hire Boris again for any appliance installation and refer him to all my friends. He knows the ins-and-outs of the electrical components, even saved us money by recommending we use existing hoses and electrical wires. He worked tirelessly during Halloween to get us up and running and even ran to Home Depot after we forgot to purchase a part that was needed for installation. The company came on scheduled time. The repair man provided updates on the work and after it was fixed I have no more issues. Great help is hard to find!
