Description of Work: They never returned my calls for an appointment

Description of Work: I first hired ReDone Green in Feb. of 2015, responding to a "special offer" on Angie's List. Dean came out right away, was well spoken, and assured me they could build the cabinets I wanted. I paid a 50% down payment. By June I had not seen one stick of these cabinets, and had had many excuses from RDG about why the work was not done. I cancelled the project and requested my down payment back. Have not seen one penny. |When Dean was discussing the cabinets in Feb. I mentioned that I was planning to have my bathrooms remodeled. He assured me they could do the work I wanted. The work started slowly, got slower, and by Sept. the one bathroom they has started work on was still not functional. Again, I had paid a 50% down payment in March. I lived without electricity or water in the upstairs bath and bedroom from April to Sept. The new tub and the box it came in sat in the bedroom for over a month, along with tubs of plaster, lumber, etc. When workers did come in response to my complaints of slow progress, Dean would say he had to pull them from another job. Finally, in Sept. I fired RDG and requested the part of my deposit back for the work that had not been completed. Nothing. |The new contractor found that the shower had been plumbed incorrectly, resulting in a leak from upstairs onto my dining room table and carpet. The plumbing ( done by RDG) under one sink had 4 leaks, and the other one leak. The cause of the lack of electricity in the bathroom and bedroom has yet to be determined. |I'm currently working with L&I to recover the money due me from my down payments, as well as the repair costs from the work incorrectly done by RDG.

Description of Work: Perfect experience in every way! Best construction experience ever! They are a must use for all of my future projects.....I may 3v3n ask them to build a whole house.....they were that good!

Description of Work: They were scheduled to fix my tile on July 23rd and cancelled, ( via email) do to another job. I called and left several messages, trying to reschedule, but no one ever called me back. I called Angie's List and let them know what was going on and someone from your office called and emailed Re-Done Green Construction regarding my problem- and still no reply. Last I checked, the reason people are in business is because of the consumer. I hope this is not their idea of good customer service!

Description of Work: Purchased a big deal and they scheduled a time to come out to evaluate the work needed. On the day of the appointment, they did not show and were not reachable over the phone. After responding a couple days later, they said they've had some turnover in their office staff, but were actually scheduling several weeks out.

Description of Work: They came out to do an estimate which seemed high given the pricing I was given for the work beyond the Big Deal so I asked they send a detailed estimate instead of a lump sum. They never did. I contacted them twice asking they provide a written detailed estimate and I never received anything. I would like my money refunded for Big Deal as I am going to have someone else provide the service.

Description of Work: they came out quickly to bid the job but it took three weeks to actually get the quote after multiple phone calls by me. after receiving a verbal quote their response was quick to complete the job

Description of Work: Re-Done Green installed a glass tile backsplash in our kitchen. Originally they had a new contractor come in who did a sub par job installing the tiles. Re-Done Green quickly got rid of that contractor and scheduled another outing to replace and reinstall a new backsplash. The new contractor, Polo, did a fantastic job. He was able to completely clear out the old backsplash, level the walls, and build out an amazing backsplash. We look forward to working with Re-Done Green construction again.

Description of Work: Deep cleaned and resealed bathroom countertops and floor tiles. |Very good results.

Description of Work: Rusty and his son performed a whole-house check of the electrical panel, relabelling all of the circuits so that we now have up-to-date and accurate information about our home wiring. They were friendly and professional, and worked diligently to get the labelling right. We plan to hire them again for the installation of a fan in an art studio.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal on Angie's List for 299.00 for a full 8 hour day of handyman work. In that time, Kevin came and replaced several deck boards, stair treads, reset a fence post, and reset some pavers.

Description of Work: Kevin from Re-Done Green repaired a call-box at the entry, repaired 6 garden lights, replaced weather stripping, did some touch up painting, fixed a broken and leaking gutter and tended to the laundry list of maintenance items that I had waiting for him.

Description of Work: As of today, we have just got the planning done for our bathroom remodel.

Description of Work: We had linoleum removed from the bathroom, and replaced with ceramic tile.

Description of Work: Installed a tile back splash in our kitchen.

Description of Work: Remove vinyl flooring and replace with tile in small bathroom.

Description of Work: Contractor complete remodeled my kitchen and partially remodeled my bathroom. I got all new appliances, oak cabinets, etc.

Description of Work: I got a quote of about $3,900 from Re-Done Green Construction for some repair work because my house had flooded.

Description of Work: Install a retaining wall approximately 45’ long and 42” high with the face of the wall approximately 30” from the fence line located in the back yard. Excavated dirt to remain onsite and be used for backfill of the new retaining wall. Crushed rock to be used as the base for which the blocks will stack. Drain rock to be installed behind the first course.

Description of Work: I had bathroom repairs done that included sink and tub drain replacements, Kitchen repairs done that included dishwasher repair and maintenance, door locks replaced, and door jams adjusted. Also, yard maintenance,and gutter cleaning which included roof cleaning.
