Now they’re saying that leveling the kitchen wasn’t included in the original scope, blaming the remaining dip on my kitchen island and fridge being “too heavy” and lacking proper support—an issue they failed to identify in the initial assessment. To properly address this problem, they’re now asking for an additional $7,500, claiming this work was never part of the original job. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and I can’t help but feel taken advantage of. To make matters worse, I discovered that they used an uncalibrated machine during the initial leveling when installing, which raised my house over an inch more than necessary, causing significant damage that wasn’t there before. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."

Eric was very professional and didn't bad mouth the other contractor's work or pick it apart. He understood the job at hand better than the other "contractor" and had the patience to deal with a mess someone else left behind. I will be calling Eric to work on ALL my rentals from now on!"
