Follow-up extremely poor.

I got estimates from three companies. Although Cachys was slightly higher I chose them because during our initial visit, Juan not only listened to what I wanted but gave ideas and suggestions as well. I really appreciated his input. He met with us several times before the work started to make sure all the details were in order. Each visit he was on time and very professional. We have had a lot of work done on our house and so many contractors don't show up when they say they will be there and that drives me nuts! There was a problem with where we wanted our paver patio and that is when Rafael showed up. (His nickname is Cachy). He speaks pretty good English. He definitely knows what he is doing. He came up with a great suggestion to our problem. If they would have completed the patio how we wanted it would have turned out uneven. All the workers were very polite and left the job site clean. Most did not speak much English but could communicate well enough. They were very precise and detailed with their work and I am very picky :) We love the outcome!

Am very pleased with the service so far ( we have only been using them for about a month). Went above and beyond expected level of service and fixed a number of sprinkler issues. Service has been consistently on-time weekly.

We have hired them to maintain our yard on a weekly basis.

It has been a year since Cachys redesigned and improved our irrigation system as part of a larger project I reviewed last year. We are now into our second irrigation since the improvements were made, and the lawn has never looked this good! Good work.

The estimator had my detailed bid the following day. Based on the very good price and the reviews in Angies, I accepted it, scheduled the work, and provided a down payment. The workers were on the job promptly every day, very competent in the skills, and the work was performed very unobtrusively... sometimes I didn't even know they were here! During the job, I made a few change orders to do more work and that was handled very professionally. The only problem we had, if you could even call it that, was the delivery of the pavers... because of their age, it turned out that they were harder to get than anticipated and had to be special ordered, which took longer than anticipated. I was in no hurry and let the estimator know at the beginning of the job, so it was not a problem, but I would advise anyone who needs their work done in a particular timeframe to be aware of that and plan accordingly. In my case, it would not have been different regardless of the contractor used. It was worth the wait as the pavers matched up so well it's very difficult to tell the difference between the old and new. I was very satisfied with the quality of their work and I plan on using them again for some more landscaping this spring!

The entire job went very smoothly. Juan was very professional to work with and his crew was great.

Juan originally told me that the job could take 7 or 8 days but it only took 6 days because the crew was here at 7:30 a.m. and worked like crazy all day. There were no glitches or bumps in the road. The work went very smoothly. The crew was obviously experienced and knew exactly what they were doing.

Was a bit difficult understanding Juan (the man in charge or owner), as far as getting the install date figured out.But he showed up well dressed and professional.He didn't do the work had two guys show up and do it. I wasn't home at first left gates open, but after meeting them later,had no worries. Friendly and polite.I'll be hiring them again in the spring to do some more planting.

Within a few minutes of submitting my request via Angies List, Juan contacted us. He arranged to come out right away and followed through promptly. Their bids was competitive; lower than the competition. We almost didn't go with them because we didn't think they got the design concept but they came out several times to walk through it with us. Juan assured us he would work us so we would be happy and he was good on his promise. Juan and Rafael responded to our feedback and wIthout hesitation they corrected or adjusted their work according to our ideas. I wish all contractors were like this! They stayed within their quote and charged fairly for additional work. Professional and top notch all the way. I recommend you find good pictures to help convey your ideas; we found for the landscaping this was extremely helpful.

We needed bids for a redo of our front yard. Cachys arrived on tome for the appointment to look at the area and were right on top of giving us a written bid by email. They quoted a reasonable price and we would have used their bid if we had not had to put the work off. Both persons that came to do the bid were knowledgeable and when we do the yard, we will call them to do it.

We called Cachy's after seeing them on Angie's list. They gave us an estimate for the work. After changing the contract a few times, we decided to hire them. They were very respectful, did the job diligently and cleaned the area as if they were never here. We are very happy with their work and the results. We told them if they needed a reference we would be happy to give them one and even show off our yard to highlight their work. Very responsive to any changes we wanted in the work scope. I would hire them again if needed.

They did a very good job, the place looks great. The only problems were one bush wasn't trimmed (a snowball in bloom), and Juan said they'd come back and trim it later in the season, as it would only grow out again during the summer (he's right). So hopefully they'll come back and finish. I also had them edge the sidewalk, but they stopped at my property line, and the remaining (8 feet?) of my neighbor's lawn looks a little strange. The edging they did on the rest of my lawn looks great. They are very good to work with, trustworthy, and I will use them again. The retaining wall, which was my biggest worry as my lawn was falling into my neighbors, is outstanding. Perfect.

We called Cachys Landscaping for an estimate on putting a sidewalk in our back yard that would travel around a covered patio area and connect to our 2 back gates. We also wanted pavers on both sides of the patio area for seating and needed the sprinkler system redone to work with the improvements and to upgrade an old system. Juan came out the next day and took our information. He was very pleasant to talk to and indicated that he understood exactly what we needed. He worked up a drawing of the vision we had given him which matched exactly with what we had requested and gave us an estimate that seemed very fair considering all the work the job entailed. When the day came for the work to begin, Rafael and his crew showed up on time and put in a good days work every day thereafter. The crew was hard working and very professional. They were very careful around my established landscaping and cleaned up every day before they quit for the day. The job was completed according to schedule and exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Cachys to anyone needing hardscape work and we will be calling them again for other projects..

Everything went well and smooth. Raphael showed up when he said he would for the estimate and also when he said they would begin work. They were finished in fewer days than originally thought. Everything was cleaned up when they left. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

He was prompt, did the work quickly and stayed within his estimate. I highly recommend Cachy's!

All work was done professionally and timely. We would not hesitate to recommend this contractor for anyone's project.

Juan came out right away to bid the job; provided a signed bid in two days, scheduled work to begin in two weeks, started work and completed on time. Juan and his team did an outstanding job.

Whe I call their number Juan showed up within a couple of days and we discussed what i wanted. He made some recommendations and together we finalized a plan. When Rafel showed up with the crew we walked down the plan and discussed and out standing issues. We workied on a daily basis to make sure we were in alignment.. Overall it went extremely well.

I would use Cachys again if I ever need lawn care. They also repaired our underground sprinklers.

Mr Garcia was prompt, efficient, communicative and listened to my requests and updates. The work was started and finished on time, and on budget. Cachy's poured beautiful concrete curbing around the entire home and backyard and trees. The concrete work was high quality with no defects or miscolerations. The Kentucky blue grass sod grew in nicely and the sprinkler system covers the yard evenly. After contacting several landscapers, Cachy's was decidedly the best and most responsive. I give them a strong superior rating.

They come every other week, but I have to really stay on them to show up. When they come they are very professional and good. I just have to make sure that I keep them on a schedule because they are used to every week and not every others so I think that is right.

Cachys was the most responsive landscaper I called. He met with me twice and accommodated my crazy schedule. He presented a beautiful, detailed plan. In the end, I decided to do the work on my own and did not hire any company.

It went fine. I had some specific ideas and Cachys offered their suggestions and between the two, I was pleased with what work they did. They are dedicated to pleasing the customer. I am pretty picky and they satisfied every demand. This is the third or fourth time I have used this company. In the last several years they have transformed the curb appeal of my house from overgrown junk trees and shrubs and a dirt walkway to a two tiered retaining wall, pavers curving along the wall down to the house, regraded the entire front of the house, brought in a truckload of sod and redid the street side garden, planting trees and shrubs, landscape fabric and wood chips. The Cachys crew works very hard, from dawn to dusk if necessary.
