Description of Work: Cachys did an outstanding job with the lowest bid. A year later we are still very pleased with our backyard. The quality of their work has impressed both us and our neighbors. I woud highly recommend their services and would use them again !!!

Description of Work: They removed the weeds, installed irrigation system, put down sod, planted some trees. They completed the entire yard, front and back and made sure the irrigation system worked properly. It was done in a timely manner and they were very courteous.

Description of Work: The previous week Juan came for an appointment to view the property, inquire what we had in mind & provide recommendations. I told him that we want a bid on extending the irrigation system, installing sod, adding more curbing & rock, installing a waterfall, & building a retaining wall. Juan was very personable & knowledgeable about what we asked. Juan told me that he would return the following week to obtain measurements in order to prepare a bid. Juan returned on Wednesday for the measurements. My husband was impressed with his professionalism & knowledge. Juan will return with photos & drawings so that we will have an idea what the finished product will look like. He did ask where I heard about his company & I told him that I read excellent reviews about his work on Angies List. I will submit another report after I receive the bid.

Description of Work: The person that came and bid the job was professional, courteous and punctual! They were quick to e-mail the bid and made sure to give a return call confirming we got the estimate and to see if we had any questions. Unfortunately we did not choose them to do our job due to the cost. The bid was for a lot more than we wanted to spend on such a small project so we did it ourselves.
