This company showed the most respect for our home than any other service provider we experienced since we bought our home 12 years ago. They had been here twice to service our thirty year old system and somehow kept it going though is was in poor shape at best. No other companies would try Fixing our system because of its age. They wore shoe covers in our house and were very pleasant to deal with. That is why we chose them to install a new heating and cooling system. The installation process was very pleasant and the technicians were very informative on every step of the process. They were clean cut, nicely dressed, and showed great craftsmanship with all aspects of the installation. This company made us feel important and

Over a 3 week period, they came in and tried many ways, contacting the manufacturer and others to resolve the issue. The final was having to redo the Freon that he had installed earlier due to it being "dirty". This added a major cost to the repair and I felt if when he installed the first fill of Freon and it got dirty then he did something wrong and the cost should have been shared. I would use them for plumbing but not for heating and a/c issues.

This is the third plumbing/ HVAC company I've used in Wenatchee and Patriot far out perfomed their competition. Took the time to explain the problem and gave me suggestions on how to prevent the problem in the future. Nice, professional service guys who I will recommend and call back if I have other problems.

The whole project went very well, on time under budget and very professional.

They came when they said they would. Diagnosed the problem and were in and out in about 2 hours. Fair price, great work, and friendly people. Would highly recommend.

Patriot came out very quickly, fixed the problem by replacing a broken pump. Price was very reasonable and estimate was given prior to work being done. Very clean, pleasant worker.

The company cancelled on me twice due to other people with emergencies, apparently. This was quite frustrating at first, but when they were able to come, they did a good job, it appears. The technician was very nice and answered questions well.

Shut off switch to the blower/furnace remained ON. Patriot was called because they offer 24-hr service. The service person arrived in less than an hour and set a temporary fix allowing us to keep the house at a bearable temperature overnight. The following day Patriot installed a new switching mechanism.

I had some renters at my vacation rental in the Leavenworth area. The renters reported that the air conditioning failed the night before with a 6:00am Saturday morning call. I called one air conditioning tech after another and Matt from Patriot was the only one that answered. He said that he would take care of the problem that morning.He made a second trip later in the day to test the system and do enough to make my guests comfortable for the birthday party they had planned.He then came a third time to permanently fix the system once the renters had checked out.He kept in touch at every step of the process. The renters were very complimentary of him and grateful for his fast response.He is a professional that appreciates how the customer must feel.

Came an hour before scheduled time, was annoyed when I wanted time to get dressed (I had been in the shower), then decided he didn't want the job. It was a troublesome job -- repair of a pull-chain toilet (which this firm had repaired before and it didn't "stay fixed") -- and I strongly suspect he didn't consider it worth the effort.

The plumbing work was excellent. And, after a faltering start, so was the carpentry work. The first sub-contractor walked off the job without notice before it hardly started following what we thought was a minor disagreement about how we wanted the work done. Patriot Plumbing did a good job of quickly identifying another carpenter to getting the job back underway. Throughout this situation, Patriot Plumbing stayed in close contact with us until the job was done. While the price was a little high, especially the last bit of extra work we asked them to do, the quality of the work was top notch. The price indicated above does not include the cost of the shower enclosure and shower pan which we had obtained separately.

Prior to moving up to Leavenworth full time last year I acted as property manager (still do part-time) for several warehouse/office and shopping center sites in the Puget Sound area. In that capacity I have worked with Plumbers countless times. I can say without any doubt on my part that Mr. LaVergne's promptness, professionalism, thourghness with a friendly confident manner (including his employees) impressed me to such an extent that I wanted to go out of my way to support him--he is exceptional. I know I sound "over the top", but I thruthfully was very impressed. I will call him whenever I need plumbing work again.
