Description of Work: Replaced old cedar shake roof with "Presidential " roof. Work done promptly and efficiently. Looks OK though the matching of the tiles according to the pattern does not appear to be what was promised. Functionally, it does not matter. Good clean-up afterwards. Latino crew most of whom spoke adequate English; the foreman was easy to communicate with. However, the owner, with whom we made the contract, never appeared on the scene or made his presence known to us. We were home the entire time.
