Best carpet cleaning ever and quick drying time.

Came in the agreed on time window. The job was done as scheduled and very well done. . Our carpets were dry within three or four hours and best of all there were no nasty smells to set off my asthma. The couple of areas that did not look like new were worn spots where the texture of the carpet had changed over the years. The carpets are well over ten years old and look great. I had been wondering if it was time for new carpets. Not now!!!!!! I used a coupon from one of the mailers I get and felt the price was wonderful. I will be calling Terry's carpet cleaning again with or without a coupon.

I referred Terry's carpet care to my twin sister based on the Angie's List reviews. My twin had a coupon. She rents her home and wanted to clean the carpet before her landlord arrived to perform spring maintenance. Based on my sister's conversation with Terry, Matt arrived at my sister's home promptly on the date and time scheduled. My twin pointed out to Matt the specific stains she had talked to Terry about. Matt was efficient, cleaned the carpet, and left. The carpet looked great while it was wet. Hours later, however, as soon as the carpet was dry, my twin saw the stains again. Because of her work schedule, I offered to call Terry, which I did the following day to discuss how we could remedy the problem. Terry was very responsive! He immediately offered to return personally to my sister's home to redo the spot cleaning. While I was on the phone with him, Terry generously advised me of the proper way to eliminate, or significantly reduce, carpet stains with a few simple steps! Terry and Matt returned to my twin's home a few days later. They re-did the carpet stains at no charge. My twin is thrilled with her clean carpet, and with the steps Terry showed her to help her next stain! Terry is a superhero in our book, and we will both use his business again!

They were very nice and helpful. They thought they got all the stains out.

I have rental houses and use Terry's cleaning services on all of them. This time it was in my nicest and largest home. I didn't think the carpets looked too bad but wanted them freshly cleaned for the new renters. The house was empty and I schedule the cleaner to come any time they are able so there wasn't a specific time I was waiting for them. When the cleaner arrived, I got a call from Terry alerting me to a pet odor that seemed to come from a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. No one had smelled an odor there but he found several pet marks there also. I paid extra to have a deoderizer added to the cleaning which was fine. I went into the house two days later after the carpet had dried and it looked great and there was no pet odor at all. There wasn't a deoderizer oder either. The new renters have moved in and there have been no complaints. The previous renter was not supposed to have any pets but sometimes they sneak them in! The pet stains on the carpet are exactly why I don't allow pets any more.

I thought they did a good job and had a special machine to removal the smell. They were also very good about scheduling and responsive.

They returned my phone call promtly and was able to accomodate my schedule easily. They were a few minutes late, called to let me know. So no big deal. They finished the job of the living, dining room, hallway and stairs in 40 minutes. I was amazed. Very friendly guy ( not sure of his name). It took 5 hours to dry,but that is what he told me it would take. I'm very happy with the results.

We used the 10 room special with Terry's Carpet Care, and we are very pleased with the results. Our carpet looks great and refreshed. Our carpet was in pretty good shape, but needed a cleaning and we had a few spots in each of the rooms that came out. I would use them again. Great value for the price.

We had coupons from one of the papers for carpet cleaning. So we had Terry’s carpet Care for carpet cleaning and they did a good job. The coupon was for $49 and we have a very small apartment. They were great. We had a stain on the put stool and we asked them whether they could get that out and they did. They came in right away when we called them as we had new people moving in. I picked them because they had done our daughters carpets in June and the carpets looked really badly but when they got it done it looked really good. They were very professional. We think that that they would be our provider of choice to use in the future.

They arrived on time and were very courteous. The carpets looked good when they were done, though the large spot did not come out completely. They explained that they tried to remove it but were unable. We did not ask for special spot-cleaning treatments on it and they didn't pressure us for that.

It went better than other carpet cleaners I have used. They came early. One cleaner and his assistant. They did a good job cleaning and everything was dry by that evening. They said it would be dry in an hour but it actually took longer, although the carpet was not left very wet. It was a little damp but I was happy with it being dry by that night. Their machine seemed to be good for cleaning the carpet. The carpet part would only have been about $79 and I was not pushed to add on anything else. I told them about the recliner ahead of time but I added the kitchen chairs and two area rugs myself as they were working. The cleaner and his assistant worked well together. The entire job went well and now I will be calling them to clean a rental later this week.

It went well. Terry was timely, pricing was competitive, etc. My only concern was the rugs were pretty wet when left but they dried out okay.

I thought he did a really good job but I have to call him back because there are still some pet stains and I don't know if they will come out. The service was good. Their price was very good and they were prompt.
