We liked him. There wasn't anything bad about it. There wasn't anything extraordinary about it either. He seemed to do a good job for the cost. I would hire him again. I don't think there was anything he could have done differently.

They arrived on time and laid out their equipment to access the carpets up two flights of stairs. The work they did was excellent. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Carpet cleaning went well. Technician doing the job had a broken sprayer when it came time to applyi scotch guard so he had to come back another day. When he came back he was done in minutes and there were entire rooms that were not treated; the floors were entirely dry. The owner promised to come out the next week and treat the areas missed, but I never heard from him again and I was tired of dealing with voice mail boxes that were full. He didn't charge for the Scotch-guard. I also want to add that one of the schedulers told me they had received several complaints regarding this technicians work the day he came to complete the work. He just didn't seem together.

I have hired Terry's Carpet Cleaning several times in the past and scheduled them to come to my house today. They gave me a one-hour window (8-9am) and didn't show up. I called and got voicemail. Their mailbox is full and no messages can be left. There is no other listed way to contact them. I took time off work and moved furniture in my home preparing for their service. I'm very, very unhappy that I received no courtesy call to reschedule and can't even get ahold of anyone. I waited for 2.5 hours and have called them throughout the day with the same result.

This company was great. I made a mistake in responding to the time. After calling to see if they were coming, I realized I did not confirm the appointment. Terry was able to get one of his cleaners to come out and do the job. He did a great job and I appreciate that he wanted to take care of me .

Arrived on time. Courteous. Wonderful job. Stretched my carpet where my dog had chewed it up and made it look like new. DIDN't even charge me for that. I will definitely be calling them again.

It was wonderful! He cleaned them so much better than Stanley Steamer; I will use this service again and again. I don't remember exactly when he was here or exactly what we paid, but it was a very, very good price for the great work he did. (Angie forced me to type a date here but it may not be the real date, as I said.)

They were on time and did a good job. Our carpets do not have a lot of spots but they did need an overall cleaning, as it had been some time since we had them cleaned. After they were done the carpets looks years newer.

They did a good job at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to a family and a friend. He had a special going on and I thought the price was really good and the quality of the work was good. I though he did a great job. I have no complaints at all. It was a good job that he did. I did even had difficulty getting him here. I appreciated that he checked the couch first, the tag that would say that it is safe for bleach, but he decided not to because of fear that there would be some color bleaching. He cared about his work. He was here when he said he would and it was not a huge wait between the time I called and the time he came. He was prompt. It's nice to find somebody like him. I found him on a Columbian insert that they have periodically.

Ed was the service technician that responded to my appointment. He was on time and very professional in his work. I was having the carpets cleaned in a home I had just purchased so I was unfamiliar with the history of the carpets. Ed showed me how the carpets had stretched since installation and suggested they be re-stretched while the rooms were empty of furniture. He also identified a few areas of pet stains and pre-treated them prior to cleaning. After the steam cleaning was completed he applied a scotch guard treatment and I was thrilled to see a set of carpets that looked nearly new. Ed cleaned up and wiped up some drips on the floor, and other than a very clean smell in the air and some like new carpets, you would never have know he was there. Total time to complete the work was about an hour and 45 minutes.

The process went extremely well. Two men were detailed to the project. They arrived at noon and left around 4pm. Both men were motivated and very dedicated to doing a professional job. Terry the owner also arrived at the same time and provided guidance concerning this three stage project. The first stage they apply a chemical that neutralizes the odors and is designed to remove residual urine which is very tough to neutralize and remove. It's applied quite liberally and massaged into the carpeting. Then they use a rectangular head vacuum device that draws the liquid out of the carpet from the very subfloor level up through the padding then out through the carpet surface. It's done a square foot at a time. Foot pressure is applied to the device to provide the necessary seal for thorough vacuuming of the soiled waste liquid. It's quite fascinating to watch this foul liquid being draw up from underneath the carpeting. In some areas they do the process several times until there's no residual tainted liquid. The next stage they apply an enzymatic based compound and leave it to soak the exposed carpet fibers. After a period of time they then go over the carpet with a high temperature water/steam liquid injected via their wand style applicator and do the entire carpet in a very thorough manner. At this point the carpet looks awesome to say the least. Our carpet is a wheat colored. It didn't look super bad prior to his process, now it had the look of freshly laid carpeting and smelled great throughout the home. The next stage is they apply and antibacterial compound and do the same process over. Finally I paid extra for the company to apply a compound that will kill fleas, sand fleas, spiders etc. It's pet safe. It's topical and not vacuumed up via their process, but left to dry within the fibers. One thing I requested is for them to soften my well water source. Living in Ridgefield we have excellent water, but it's hard water rich in magnesium and calcium. Unless softened, the high temperature water would leave the carpet fibers stiff and even difficult to vacuum. The carpet fibers ended up extremely soft to the touch. So too they left very little water in the carpet and it dried within several hours. We are currently having a heat spell in the 90's which helps. All I can say is the process was quite amazing to watch. My wife and I are well pleased with the results. I would recommend Terry's Carpet Care to all. Just remember you get what you pay for. There's a lot of flimflam carpet cleaning ops in Clark County that provide little satisfaction other than slipshod cleaning along with 'bait and switch' prices. Our carpeting was very soiled with winter dirt, and pet stains caused by a 14 year old basset hound. This company really went the extra mile. They pretreated the stains and cleaned the carpeting using a power extraction method on the difficult areas. They even returned a few days later to take out the red stains left by my previous cleaning efforts. All told, they put in about 4 hours and I am one happy camper with the results.

The young man was very nice and I showed him the spots that had to be treated, I know my carpet is getting old but still a nice one. He started at three in the afternoon cleaned front room dinning room and cleaned at couch,love seat. He finished at four. I stayed out of rooms till next morning to make sure it was good and dry. Next morning I vacuumed it again and picked up at least two cups of dirt. I am sorry but would not use them again. Delores Johns

Lonnie was right on time, did his work quickly, and was good to talk with. Everything looks pretty good and seems to have dried quickly.

We were moving into a house we just bought and the previous owners always had dogs and you could smell it throughout the downstairs. Even without the dog smell I'd have wanted the carpets clean before we moved in but I also wanted a good deal. I had a bunch of coupons from various mailers and chose Terry's because the price was the best out of all of them. The guy doing the cleaning was late showing up and was not exactly what I'd describe as "friendly". I suppose he was not particularly rude or anything but I don't think customer service is his strong suit (although neither is carpet cleaning so I'm not sure why he's in that business). I did not follow him around watching everything he was doing, I just stayed in the kitchen area out of the way. According to them they "pre-treat" as part of their service and spot treat also. Well, I don't know all of what he did but it was all over and done within about an hour. And that included a large living room, sitting area (previously dining room), 4 bedrooms, a hallway, and a set of stairs. It seemed awfully fast to me but what was I to say, I don't know how long it should take. And as far as the quality goes, it was also hard to say because I didn't want to walk too much on the carpet and because of the nature of the carpet we have it's kinda hard to tell what's really dirty. So, I signed the paperwork and paid him and he left. Well, after a bit it's become clear that it was not a very thorough cleaning. The dog smell was still prevalent and now that we've been living here we've noticed that it was not very deeply cleaned. We've had to use our Bissell cleaner a few times for various things and every time it gets completely disgusting and clogged with crap after only cleaning a very small area of carpeting. We've used it before in other houses and never seen so much crap get sucked up. I've decided not to bother contacting the company about this because I don't even want them to come back and try to "fix" the problem. Based on my experience with them I don't have any confidence in them to correct it, nor do I want to deal with people who are not punctual or friendly. Perhaps we will have the carpets cleaned again in the near future but will be more picky about who we hire. The only positive thing about this experience was the price. With the coupon it only cost $99. However, in light of the quality (or lack thereof) in the work, I actually feel that I might as well have just thrown that money out the window. I would not recommend this company.

The carpet man came out right as scheduled. He was very nice and listened to all my concerns and offered solutions. He went to work right away and got all the work done right away. He took some stains out of the carpet.

The technician, Casey, was punctual, efficient, and professional. We had a grease stain that he was able to treat and remove. The carpeting looks so much cleaner.

Terry comes out right away and returns calls in a timely manner. I put lock boxes on the rental houses when they are vacant, and I trust Terry's company to come to the property and use the lock box to do the work at their convenience. So far, it has gone well, no complaints.

They sprayed the stains before cleaning. Did a good job of cleaning the carpets and I was pleased. Used the coupon which made the cost as low as it was.

They were prompt, professional and the cleaning was very quick as well. The staff was knowledgeable and I was impressed when they spent some extra time to get a tough coffee spill cleaned up. I found a coupon special for them in the Clipper (i think) as well, so the price was great!

We were selling my mother's house and called Terry for an appointment to clean the carpet. He came the next day showed up early did an excellent job and the house was ready to show. There were a couple of stains that he removed and he did it quickly.
