 + -1 moreTwo men came and loaded my yard debris into their truck. They were friendly and quickly loaded everything. I had more leaves and weight than I thought, so I did pay another $60.00. They explained what the extra cost was going to be than checked to be sure I wanted them to load the extra amount before doing it.

Description of Work: Big Deal was purchased. It was okay. I ended up having to spend more than what I paid for. He told me that there was a lot of thing that he did not put in his ad with stipulations on what he would do and wouldn't do. So, I ended up paying more. I did not know really what to expect. What I paid is what I thought I would get but it is not what I got. It turned out the way it turned out. He said that he was going to go back and change his ad so it would accommodate more of what he is able to do. He has 2 people that he has hired that need to get paid also. So it made it seem like I didn't pay enough to get done what I needed to get done. I ended up paying $180 more than what I paid on the deal. Other than the price. They worked really quick and was really clean. They cleaned up after themselves. The only complaint that I had was the price. If it was something that after they were already here, I really did not have a choice. I had to pay them and I wanted it done. I had already paid them, but did not pay enough. I would consider using them again only because I do not know of any other places around here. It seems like all the other hauling companies that are listed is this company. I am willing to look around for a different company because I still have things to haul.

 + 0 moreResponse to my request for service through Angie's list was prompt. Only a slight issue with understanding the man on the phone who I first spoke with to schedule the appointment. He spoke a bit too quickly and not clearly, but we were able to negotiate a date/time after speaking further. The schedule date arrived (a day after I purchased the service) and the owner called me wanting to reschedule to an earlier time since he was going to be in the area sooner and wanted to be a bit more efficient. I appreciated his honesty and promptness on communicating the need to reschedule my pick-up appointment. He was waiting for me at my home when I arrived and was friendly and ready to get it done. He provided lots of detail about what limitations there were on the service and even made a suggestion to me about how I might dispose of similar materials cheaper in the future. As he was describing the nature of his business, I realized that he might be able to help me with another home project inside the house. We went inside, spoke about it, and he provided lots of detail regarding scope of work and an estimated cost. I will likely consider using this company again when time comes for the additional work (some kitchen demolition). Thanks!

Description of Work: I needed a lot of my late husband's stuff removed from my yard. A rototiller, broken patio table, lawnmower, motorcycle trailer, barbecue, car roof carrier, and some other items. I have no way to lift and haul such large items away myself.
