It took three trips to finally figure out the problem, but Ben was very nice and stuck with it. He only charged for the first trip despite the travel time.

Ben called on us in record time when other repair firms were 10 - 14 days out. Another repairman told us our AC unit was shot and we were prepared to have to part with a wad of cash. Ben looked at the unit and agreed it was well past its useful life. He gave us 4 options, the 1st being a recharge which he estimated would give us 2-3 more years. We opted for that service, but I have to say the other 3 options were priced very competitively. We told him when the time comes to replace the AC, he has our business.
