Ben knows what he is doing. Repair was done quickly and professionally. It was nice to call and talk with the person scheduling, estimating and performing repairs. He does it all. Would hire him again.

Ben came over, was a consummate professional, quoted me under what every other HVAC place was willing to do aside from those that wouldn't quote me. Fantastic experience would give him 10 stars if I could.

Excellent all around! I would definitely hire again, and I will. I was most impressed actually with a number of things. Ben did everything he said he would from the first time I spoke with him. The estimate was on time and detailed, pricing was very good, and most of all I really appreciated a thorough explanation of the work he was doing, why, and how to operate the system. He went over things to look out for in the future and many other expectations. You'd better just store his number in your phone, you don't get old-school customer service like this anymore.

Our furnace went out on Friday afternoon and itâ s winter time! Herlin Heating called before the other 5 companies. Ben arrived quickly. He was professional and very thorough. He repaired our furnace even though it was 30 yrs old and we werenâ t sure if it could be repaired. He didnâ t try to push us into buying a new one but we knew we needed one so we asked. On the coolest night Herlin showed up as they promised they explained everything and then did small repair. The price was reasonable and explained everything that may need to be done in the future. Gave me price quotes on everything from the cheapest to the most expensive I would highly recommend this company.

Responsive and honest

Mr Herlin exceeded expectations. My heat had been out for two weeks and for financial reasons I couldn't call until late on a Friday afternoon I was hoping to schedule forthe following Monday. (A larger company was unable to schedule for 2 weeks!) He told me he would be there as soon as he finished the job he was currently doing. When he arrived he apologized for taking so long! I didn't know if the issue was the thermostat or the furnace so he set to work on the thermostat. It needed replacing. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive multifunction product he asked if it was OK to install a simple ( less expensive) model. Throughout the experience Mr Herlin was pleasant, cheerful and professional. I am grateful he was recommended and I wholeheartedly will do the same

Mr Herlin exceeded expectations 10 fold. I called late on a Friday afternoon hoping to get somebody as soon as the following Monday. (One of the larger companies said it would take 2 WEEKS!) He came that evening and apologized for taking so long! I didn't know whether my issue was the thermostat or the furnace so he started with the thermostat and discovered that was the problem. He replaced it with a simple model rather than trying to sell a complicated expensive model that I didn't need or want. And he asked first if that was OK! Throughout the visit Mr Herlin was cheerful, pleasant and efficient - a pleasure to have in my home. My furnace is old so I was expecting to be told I needed a whole new $$$ furnace and I'm grateful for Nr. Herlin's chacter.
