Ben was highly recommended to us, provided the most competitive pricing, and replaced our furnace without a hitch. Did excellent work and explained everything to us to make the best decisions. Also very punctual and reliable. We also had water in our basement as a result of the faulty furnace and Ben's pinpointing the furnace as the water source saved us from expensive additional repairs recommended by basement 'experts.'

My dad always told me to have "a guy" for everything, and Ben is definitely my guy for HVAC. He was so kind, punctual, and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly, and gave me options that the big company wouldn't even mention. I have already sung his praises to multiple friends and family.

Reassurances aside, I wasn't sure how to clean my very old filter. Also, not entirely sure that I was offered all options about A/C.

Ben Herlin was a perfect gentleman when he fixed my furnace quickly and at a reasonable cost. It needed a $98 part, where another estimator told me I needed a $900 circuit board. Herlin Heating is the place to go for me.

Ben did inspection and service on our boiler (radiant heat system). He took pictures before and after each of the areas he serviced which was helpful to see issues and their resolution. He found a large amount of sawdust in the system due to woodworking I do in the area and recommended an outside air supply to avoid the issue in the future, which we plan to do.
