I arranged for another afternoon and he called before coming with an estimated arrival and then showed up on time. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

My wife and I had called 5 different HVAC companies and their service availability was anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks out. When Ben called us at 1:30 PM he said he could help us at 4:00 Pm or at the latest the next morning. He made it out that day and in less than an hour diagnosed our issue and had our AC back up and running. I appreciated Ben s knowledge and understanding that when the AC is out people need it ASAP not in 2 weeks. His price was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided!
