Justin and his crew have come to my place of employment to clean the windows for years. They do such a great job I inquired about getting the windows done on my house I. I told Justin I would need to get it pressure washed first, Justin said they did pressure washing as well; I told him I would call him to make an appointment for pressure washing and windows as soon as my husband cleaned the gutters and guess what….. They do gutters too! Justin called me the same night and got my window count, length of gutters and square footage of my house. He gave me a quote that I felt was very reasonable for the amount of work he did for me. He even treated 2 windows for hard water and got some moss of my driveway at no cost. My house looks amazing my spring to do list is just about done.

I called and asked if they could come on short notice, and they came the next day! They re-counted the window panes to be cleaned, and it ended up being less than the estimate I received over the phone. They were fast and efficient, and pointed out areas that would require additional work. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I called and they were able to put in the schedule just a few days later. The estimate given to me on the phone was exactly what I paid. I had 19 windows cleaned.They were punctual and did a fabulous job! . I plan on using them again. I thought the price was great and all the windows were spotless.

They were excellent, very prompt, called to alert us when they were coming. Worked very h****** some older windows that were stained from mineral deposits. Did the best job they possibly could and because they said it wasn't a perfect result, they discounted the price considerably. We would definitely use them again.

I had a very short timeframe to get the windows done due to an unexpected visit from company. Justin was more than accomodating to help me meet my goal to have my windows sparkling clean for the visit. In fact, he personally came to my home to complete the work. He was polite, personable and very enjoyable to work with, including his wonderful sense of humor. He was able to clean all the windows quickly, inside and out. Not only did he clean the windows, but the window frames and tracks were wiped clean as well. He had to treat a couple of the windows for water residue which had probably been on the windows for a long time. My windows are absolutely beautiful and now I enjoy opening my blinds to the morning sun!. I highly recommend A Pane in the Glass for all your window cleaning needs. I will use them again in the future. I found them on Angies List and am thoroughly pleased with the work completed.

My mother had a great experience with this company. She called and got an estimate over the phone to clean 20 panes of glass and 10 screens. Two days later they showed up on time, took the screens off and cleaned those, and then cleaned the inside and outside surfaces of all the windows. She has one huge window that has not been easy to clean. They were there just a little over an hour and left all windows streak-free. She was thrilled and plans to have them come back in the spring to clean her siding and fence.

We've had mineral deposits on our windows for years and have been paying another company that said it was impossible to remove them. A Pane in the Glass removed them with no problem and the windows continually look terrific!!

The cleaning service showed up at the time it was scheduled. This makes me happy. Many of my windows have curved tops and my past experiences with cleaners have been disappointing at best. One of the windows is 2nd story aprox. 6x8 with an arched top facing south. Wow!! is all I can say. It is the cleanest it has ever been. The two men were very friendly and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I have checked out my windows at different times of the day for 3 days and have spot free windows.:)

I hadn't gotten my windows cleaned in 5 years because I didn't know who to go to. This is the first Angie's List recommendation I've followed, and I'm glad I did! I called Justin on Saturday of Labor Day, needing my windows cleaned the next week because of a party I was suddenly having. He was very patient on the phone as I tried to figure out how many windows I had in the house. He fit me in the following Tuesday. He and his assistant showed up within the 2-hour window he had stated. He did a count of the window panes, gave me a price range, all satisfactory to me (I was just happy they were there!) They washed the inside and outside very quickly -- were done within 1.5 hours for a regular sized house (31 windows). The only thing I didn't know was that they don't do storm windows due to breakage possibilities, so we have cleaned those two small panes ourselves. Justin was kind, patient in explaining everything they could do and that he thought we should do. He called the next day to see if we were still happy with the service. I like doing business with a small company and its owner, not a larger one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I tried for weeks to get two different window companies to return my calls to schedule an estimate before I found and called Justin at A Pane in the Glass. Third time's the charm. Justin gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment. I had a conflict and had to cancel yet Justin juggled his schedule and was able to fit me in within two days of the original appointment and before my out of state guests arrived. He and Aaron did everything promised and then some. My windows sparkle, even the really high ones. And the price was as quoted with no surprises. I will be using them twice a year and have already scheduled my next cleaning with them.

The overall service for both the window cleaning and the soft wash was outstanding. I have no complaints and would definitely hire this company again.

They did a very good job. They were also very reasonably priced. I live on the sixth floor and they were able to wash all of my windows. There were about four of them who came out. A couple of them worked outside. They were very quick and very efficient.
