Came home to nice clean windows! Will use again and recommend to others.

Very cold and winy but they stuck with it and we are cleaner and purer than ever!

We had a lot more windows than the number for their special offer, but they charged us fairly for the extras. They did the job efficiently and thoroughly.

I called yesterday and Justin came out this morning, a very quick response. He spent almost an hour at our home analyzing why our awning was leaking. He was even up on a ladder spraying water on the roof so we could look at where the leak was. He determined that the problem was likely structural and not caused by a clogged gutter and that cleaning the gutter again would probably not resolve the issue. He was very helpful and friendly. When I decided not to have the gutter cleaned at this time I offered to pay him for his time and he refused to take any payment. I was extremely impressed with the the time and advice he gave us at no charge. I will definitely call this company when I needed gutters cleaned or windows washed.

The owner, Angela, took time with me over the phone to work with me with what I needed done and what I could use from them in the future, with all prices, best times of year for different services, etc., tailoring their services to my needs. Paul and Aryn were then on time, courteous, professional, extremely efficient, very helpful with suggestions, honest, and friendly. I will use them several times a year as my only window cleaners and would recommend them to anyone.

My appointment to have my windows cleaned was actually an earlier date, however the day they were scheduled to come the weather was very rainy and windy. Justin called me to see if I would like to postpone for a day when the weather wasn't so bad. I was extremely pleased that they allowed me to reschedule. On the day of the service they called when they were on their way. Once they arrived Justin explained to me what they would be doing and gave me a price. Our windows were very dirty since we have a new home and the builder did not do a good job of cleaning before we moved in. Justin made a point to show me any defects as they cleaned. When they were all done the windows were beautiful! We have very large windows and lots of them. I felt their price was extremely fair and that they did a top notch job. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone. After the job was complete Justin called me as a follow up to make sure we were happy. Imagine that, a contractor that cares! My husband and I were very pleased.

Everything went smoothly from scheduling the appointment, providing a quote for services over the phone to the (2) cleaners showing up on time, getting down to the business of cleaning the windows and leaving them spic and span. called me two days before the service to confirm the date and time of the appointment. Arrived within the time window I was given. Did a thorough estimate of the house and came back to discuss my east side sun room costs......Did the job professionally and came back to discuss the hard water stains on the windows on the east side of the house where the sprinkler hit the windows. Provided an accurate invoice at the end of the service. Excellent job and I will definitely call them again next year.

Justin and Aaron arrived right on time, were very courteous, and did an excellent job on the windows. We had a recent dust & mud storm, and the windows were filthy. Now they sparkle! Justin helped me save some money and never pressured me to pay for more services. They were friendly and respectful, and careful not to let my cat our the door. I will definitely call these guys in the spring. Very much worth the price for a job done beautifully!

We have a large Victorian home with many windows. The Pane of Glass team did a fantastic job of cleaning our windows, inside and out. They were very professional and respectful. About a week after they completed the job, there was a severe wind/dust storm that wreaked havoc on our windows. I called Justin, the owner of Pane in the Glass, to see if they could rewash one of the windows that was difficult for us to reach. He agreed and the team came out a few days later. Instead of washing just the one window, they re-cleaned all of our front windows. I thought that was great customer service, and especially important because our house is on the market and we want it to look its absolute best.

The guys did an excellent job. The house had been empty for a long time, had renovation work and was just hit with the heavy dust and rain storm so we really got out money's worth! We would recommend A Pane in the Glass and use them again.

Excellent. They were on time and did a thorough job. they even removed hard water stains from some basement windows that was not in their quote. Cleaned everything inside and out. Did not leave any mess or material around.

I wish we would of done it while we were living here so we could enjoy it too, because it looks fantastic. When be move to our new house I plan on calling them again.

They were good. They're not cheap. When the windows got cleaned you could see some scratches that appeared and he offered to come out and fix them with some new thing they have. He did not scratch the window. He just offered to fix them. I like the way everything was handled. They were pretty professional.

Excellent! I was originally scheduled for a day that was forecasted to became stormy. I called a couple days before and they graciously rescheduled. They called the day before to confirm. They showed up on time, did the work just as we discussed, and my windows look awesome! They worked with me to save money by just cleaning the outside and the tall windows that were hard to reach. They didn't pressure me to do more or demand that they had to do it all. I appreciate that. They are very professional and I will use them again.

Justin and his crew have come to my place of employment to clean the windows for years. They do such a great job I inquired about getting the windows done on my house I. I told Justin I would need to get it pressure washed first, Justin said they did pressure washing as well; I told him I would call him to make an appointment for pressure washing and windows as soon as my husband cleaned the gutters and guess what….. They do gutters too! Justin called me the same night and got my window count, length of gutters and square footage of my house. He gave me a quote that I felt was very reasonable for the amount of work he did for me. He even treated 2 windows for hard water and got some moss of my driveway at no cost. My house looks amazing my spring to do list is just about done.
