A Pane in the Glass - Professional Window Cleaning

00We purchased our house in October of 2014 and were informed that the dryer coming with the house took two hours to dry one load :/ I had noticed on several occasions that the back yard would get covered in dryer lint. So after asking friends and doing my own research it was decided that we should have the dryer vent/duct cleaned. I was referred to A Pane in the Glass by my aunt who had used their services for her windows and dryer vent. We decided to go ahead and give it a try, after scheduling we got an email conformation of our appointment and a reminder call with a 2 hour arrival window for our technician. When the technician showed up to our house he introduced himself (Paul) and went over what he was going to do, how, why and what to expect when he was done. Paul came fully prepared with all the tool's needed to get the job done, he offered to wear booties when coming into the house since he needed to access the back yard a couple times during the cleaning. ( I declined, was steaming them after he left anyways ) I asked if he minded if I took pictures to show my husband, since we were both curious of what it looked like. After he was done he informed me of what he found inside the vent i.e., screws , nails and other small debris. I felt it was safe to assume that our vent had never been cleaned before ( yikes ). I was left with an invoice detailing the service I was getting done and the option to pay via check or cc. I will definitely be calling them to have our windows and gutters cleaned before fall hits. They were very prompt. I was called the previous day and given a 2 hour block of time that they would show up. They arrived right in the middle. They cleaned all of the outside windows, even getting on to the roof to reach the bedroom windows, on a very hot day. They did a great job. My windows are so clean. I definitely would use them again.

The windows look great. Overall they did a great job, but where they really shined was with two basement windows that had heavy calcium build up due to water sprinkler system malfunction. Jason said he couldn't guarantee that it would all come off but what ever he used made the windows look like new. Jason and his co-worker (forgot his name) really are a great team. They worked hard and did a great job.

We had asked for dryer vent cleaning, but they couldn't do it because they didn't have the right equipment for our setup. We appreciate their saying so.

It went very well. He also cleaned some hard water marks off the downstairs windows, caused by the sprinklers. All looked very nice. Will continue to use this company, and will have insides done as well in the early summer.

I spoke with Justin on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. They showed up on time, completed the work efficiently, left my yard clean and were very professional. The bill was exactly as agreed. Justin took extra time to discuss a problem I was having with my gutters and offered some potential solutions. Very helpful!

I liked that you get an estimate online. You put in the estimation and they instantly give you an estimate. They send something to the company and call you to go over the information and make sure that it is done correctly. They made the appointment and showed up when they were supposed to.

Everything about this transaction was perfect. Friendly, informative phone consultation. Four hours later, we had a technician on my roof, taking care of our roof full of pine needles. The tech did a great job. That evening, I received a follow-up phone call to make sure I was satisfied. Such a great company. The service all around was superior. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

These guys were great! They did a nice job cleaning our very full and dirty set of gutters. It was very cold (30 to 40 degrees ) and dark out already. They were fast, efficient and friendly guys. Thank you!

Justin and Damion did a great job. The windows look wonderful. They were very efficient working together and had the windows done well, in a short amount of time. Very nice people who do a quality job, taking care that there were no drips on the floors, covered shoes inside.. I highly recommend them and will use them again next year.

This was our first time hiring window cleaning and we couldn't be happier. They called before they came, reviewed the phone and email based bids and it stayed the same even though I'd missed a window and door. They charge by the pane, regardless of size, which makes determining price very straightforward as well as simple to calculate. I had a tight screen which they bent, so they are replacing it. I would use them again with no reservations and have set up a springtime review with them.

Great. They contacted me quickly for an appointment, then called the day before with a 2 hour window of time. They arrived, cleaned the gutters, which were full of mud, (being in dusty Spokane), cleaned up and did a great job. I will use them again.

Two gentlemen promptly arrived and they cleaned out our gutters in less than 30 minutes. It was a tough job because it hadn't been done for a some time. Even though the job was maybe more challenging than a typical clean, they did not increase the cost. They bagged up the mess and it looked great. I would definitely encourage others to use them.

Lots of communication with Justin setting up and after service call to ask about my satisfaction. Ryan came next day when scheduled, cleaned out gutters and -though it's not part of his job description nor did he have the tools- trimmed the honeysuckle vine that had worked its way between gutter and house. Job completed efficiently and well.

Justin and his crew always do a great job. I have had him wash my windows for several years. They are always punctual and cordial and always do a high-quality job. One fall I had the team come out and wash the windows and a few days later, we had a wind storm, which dirtied all the windows. I called Justin and scheduled another appointment. Much to my surprise, he didn't charge me to come out and rewash all the windows - I was flabbergasted since it is a big job. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my windows except A Pane in the Glass.

They arrived on time and ready to work. They were quick, but not so quick they weren't thorough. We had a couple really nasty windows that they explained the problem to us and did the best they could. They turned out pretty good. It was an overall good experience and the price was very reasonable.

The guys were on time, and did an amazing job. Windows look great!! I will definitely use them again!! Cost may seem high, but my home is large with many windows and high elevations.

Arrived on time and in about 2 hours cleaned all windows (36). All windows were spotless. In addition, cleaned deck glass partitions without much additional cost.

Because of the construction and poor condition of my storm windows and screens, Mark advised me that washing the regular windows as they normally do would probably not give me a satisfactory result, and could make their appearance worse. Mark might have just left it at that, but he went the extra mile for me. After talking with his assistant, they came up with an ingenious way to get around the problems. It involved unscrewing the framework that held the problematic storm windows and screens, washing the windows, then reattaching the framework. Of course, this method was very labor intensive, and the cost was commensurate with the labor. The price Mark quoted seemed reasonable for the amount of work involved, but it was more than I could afford. I commend Mark for his integrity. Another company might have just gone ahead and washed my windows knowing (or worse, not knowing) that the results would probably be poor. I would gladly hire this company for any of their many other house maintenance services.
