After your roof is treated, you will receive a warranty against moss re-growth. For the cleanest roof there is no harsh pressure washing and it will not injure animals, wild or domestic, with no offensive odors. It is biodegradable and environmentally compatible air vs. water for about 95% of the homes we service annually. We use 100 psi of air pressure vs. a pressure washer which puts out 1200 psi to 3000 psi and around 2 to 12 gallons a minute. We offer a number of different types of covers for your specific needs.

"The project got completed but starting the project the company was not communicative with me at all on agreed start day and time. And once we had this start day and time agreed on after multiple phone calls and emails, they did not show up at the agreeable time and day. My realtor waited for them for 4 hours and then it was decided that they would just come the next day not even come the day they agreed on. The work got finished in time and the contractor asked if he could leave roofing materials on my property for another job in the area which I declined. They asked for cash payment and in-person delivery which was a major inconvenience. We did not agree on cash payment at the beginning of the project, but it was required."
