"Not even sure where to begin with this nightmare which I will now need to spend more money in legal just to get my money back if I'm lucky. It all started back in 2022 when a respectful salesperson Gary sold me on an underground bunker. Still to this day, he answers the phone for me, and he doesn't even work at Rising S company anymore. To keep a long story shorter, I paid over $100K for my unit after being pushed to make payments to 'keep it on the assembly line'. It has been paid in full since August of 2023 (just about 15 months for anyone counting). I received a response (finally) earlier this year in March that there is new ownership of the company, and the man in charge is Brad Dancer. After trying to contact for quite awhile, I did finally get him on the phone. He apologized and explained to me that he's in over his head. Even though I believe I have been more than patient, I agreed to give him some time to finish and deliver my unit. We agreed that August of this year (2024) I would have it. I checked in by email in June to ask if we were still on track. I received a response that we were indeed on track. Now fast forward to today (10/25/24), I have been completely ghosted by email, phone, and text. No responses at all by ANY form of communication. At this point, I realize I have been robbed of over $100K. And after reading many other consumers reviews on different platforms, it appears I'm not the only one. I will now begin my journey with the Attorney General and Legal process. I'll update my status here so anyone can see what happens. At least people can get answers some way. It is not a good feeling to not be able to get a company to call you, especially after they've taken over $100k. You can't even leave a message on the office line ( which no one has EVER answered by the way). I don't understand how a company like this could still be in business. My recommendation to anyone reading this.....I hope it's not too late for you."

"Micheal howe owner of MnJ enterprises llc was hired to do 2 roofs for a friend of mine he was given over half the money down and did not come back untill september to do the job when he was supposed to be there to do it in may nor did he answer or return any phone calls from the homeowners to the point that the home owner believed he took off with their $6000 so they had me do one of the roofs and Mike finally showed up the day I was done with the one roof the home owner wanted to keep the friendship and give him another chance to do the second roof so Mike asked the homeowners for me to work with him on the roof for a said amount and that I would be paid at the end of every day. The first couple days when it was time to be paid was that I don't have the money to pay you $200 because the homeowners need to pay me $1200 for plywood.then it was changed to I never said you would be paid at the end of the day no one gets paid untill the end of the job about 3 days in to the job he said to me and my wife that the reason he asked for me to work with him is because he can not keep employees working for him and that the only other employee he had had just got out of prison the week before so he needed my help in doing the roof he was completely unprofessional in so many different ways the job was supposed to take 3 days it took 2 weeks because he and his fiance and 10 year old son that he would bring to the job would leave for lunch for 3,4,and 5 hours at a time on several different days some days he did not show up untill 10 or sometimes 12 or 1 or not at all when I was there at 8 waiting for him. When I asked about a w4 to fill out and there was always an excuse like I have to get the paper work, or I forgot it, or I'll bring it tomorrow, or I'll meet you somewhere and get it to you so you can get paid well that never happened and after working for him untill the job was completed I still have not been paid because supposedly the homeowner won't pay him what he believes he is owed I have worked in roofing and construction for 17 years and have never whitnessed such disregard for homeowners and employees as I have seen by him and his fiance I whitnessed them saying and screaming terrible things to the home owners I quote "I hope your husband has another f******stroke" well now the whole thing after countless phone calls and texts trying to get in contact that I had to have a friend contact him and now Mike has told them that if I want paid to go down to the court house and put a lean on the homeowners house! I just feel that everyone needs to know how this guy runs his business and save people from having leans put on their homes because he won't pay his employee"
