All of our builds have double top plates, rafters and joists 16" on center, and no saggy floors. We have electricity packages and solar options available, as well. Not only is Genesis Buildings well known and accredited, but our contractors here at AMH have over 20 years of experience between construction, woodworking, septic work, solar power, and electrical.
