They have been good to work with and they have always done what they said they were going to do.

They were informative, they followed up well and the technician was very helpful too.

They did what they were supposed to do. I will probably call them again for future services.

They do a really good job. I have had carpenter ants in the past. I have bad allergies and I have never had any reactions so that is why I use them.

We had a regular day they would show up and if they had to come in the home,they would call to make sure someone was there.

They are really polite and they do a good job and I have not been bitten by any since they started spraying.

Since working with them many years ago, we haven't had any problems with the infestations. They use an ecological technique that won't endanger my child or pets. They always arrive on-time, are very responsive, and accommodating. I have had a few technicians come, and they have all been courteous and professional. They send reminder notices, which makes my life easier. It creates an ongoing feeling of continuity with them. Additionally, they have provided practical tips on ways to reduce our bug/pest problem. They truly go the extra mile to figure things out and help their customers. I would highly recommend them.

We did initially notice a difference but then the ants showed up again. We just decided that the ants are seasonal and we stopped using the service.

They are polite and not intrusive, they come when they are supposed to.

They come when they say they are going to come. They do treat the ants, I do not see them.

They service was fine I just did not want to be on a monthly maintenance program.

The sprayer that came out in the spring was not as diligent as some of the others we have seen in the past when they come out to spray.

No concerns and I would recommend them.

By sending out different people each month, they may not always know where all of the bait stations are. They are supposed to be tracking the bait stations and mark each bait station they fill so when the next person comes out the service person will not know where they were last and sometimes they will miss one or two and this is inconsistent. We know it has killed a lot of rats but we know it has not eliminated the rats. I live next to a creek so I am not sure if they can completely get rid of them. I do need to speak to them about this. They are really consistent in their service. The fact that I still have rats is the biggest problem for me and I have been working with them for over 2 years on this issue.

They are incredibly friendly on the phone and in person. I had to call them once to come back to take care of some sugar ants and they were out within the week to take care of the issue. I do not have to worry about the toxic effects from the chemicals effecting my animals at home.

They were on time and professional and they gave us advice that would not necessarily have us by their product. They were clean polite, nice and professional. They were what you would want from a service company.

I purchased a 5 year contract. They will come out once a year to spray and that is agreement with the contract I purchased. They came out and sprayed and said if I ever see a carpenter ant to call them right away and they will come right out. There is a deck attached to the back of the house so I would not be able to see if they chewed through to the crawlspace. I do look at the sides of the deck often to make sure they are not there.

I was very impressed with this company. I phoned and they came out the same day. The person sent, Don Knott, was very professional, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to all and am very pleased with the service. Don Knott went out of his way to make sure every detail was addressed and was a very hard worker going beyond the call of duty.

We thought the technician was personable and he was on time. I think the service could have been more thorough and the warranty should extend for more than 30 days.

Will never use this company again. They spot treated the house. Didn't respond to our reports of the obvious path of infestation to the house. Came back for one follow-up treatment that didn't address the issue. High cost for the service we received. Called them back a third time for a follow up again and our contract had expired the day before. They wouldn't do anything without a new contract. Poor customer service. We still have carpenter ants today.

I had them take care of some ants a few years ago, and it went well, so I decided to call back when I heard some animals in our attic. I got disconnected the first time I called when I was giving information to the woman. When I called back I got a different person and he hung up on me because my daughter had just come into my room crying. He said "I can't hear what you're saying, call back later (click)." He was only on the phone with me for 5 seconds.

It was terrible. Not only did the service not work but they were scam artists. They showed up about 30 days later even though we didn't ask them too and then demanded we pay $89 or so just for them to show up. On top of that, the installer told me that what made it "ecological" was that only rats could get into the trap boxes, not my dogs. Well, on top of the bad service and misrepresentation, there was little to no change in the rat population on our lot. Stay away!

I have used Alpha Ecological for several projects in the past year. The service technicians are wonderful to work with but the front office is a nightmare. My initial project was substantial as I had many dead animals under my house and the workers were great. However the office first wanted to pull them the 2nd day of the project for an "office meeting" and only stopped insisting when I put my foot down with them. Then, I paid the actual invoice with the technician but the office sent me an invoice for the difference from the actual work and the original bid (yes, the bid was higher). When I called to explain the situation, they listened but repeatedly insisted that I owed them the amount of the bid! I finally suggested they talk to the technician who stated the same facts I did and the office relented. I also had an issue with standing water several months later and arranged for the same technician to perform the work which was great. After this, I was willing to have the technicians perform maintenance going-forward as they were great and I figured I could put up with the office. However, the front office repeatedly tried to tell me that the technician I requested was unavailable to work at my home so I had to contact him directly to obtain his services. The last straw with the office occurred last week when I requested a new spray service for beetles which the technician said would have to be done on a separate visit. The office immediately called me to set up an appointment but said that I didn't have to be at home for the spraying. When the technician showed up and sprayed the house, I happened to be at home. He insisted that the office required payment at the time of the service which was a total surprise. This is the last straw of "putting up with the office"! The only reason the scores above are not lower is that I factored in the professionalism, puntuality and great quality of the technicians which were A's while the office grades were F's except for responsiveness.
