Went well. Show up on time, courteous, do their work quickly w/o fuss. Been using for a few years now and would use again.

When you make an appoinment they show up on time. They spray in my crawl space and all around the perimeter of my home. They also offer a lot of other services. They do a very thorough job and are very reasonably priced.

Alpha did a wonderful time fitting me into their schedule on short notice. The sugar ant problem was accessed and dealt with in a professional and ecological manner. During the visit, they did find other pest problems on the exterior of our house which were dealt with on the spot. The value of the treatment was the best I had seen with return service for at a great rate.

They person that I was dealing with had a lot of experiece. He was personable. I enjoyed working with him. He came back a couple times to take care of my problem. I purchased a contract with them. They have always been very good.

They did a great job. They are very professional and prompt.

They're pretty good, but, don't always get back to you right away. I have a five year contract with them, the indicated they were coming out every year, my wife called them, they said they want come out unless we actually see carpenter ants we called about, and I'm not impressed with them. I give them high ratings and may use them in the future.

I had tons of ants crawling all over my property. I called them because they use more natural products. They came in and sprayed in different areas. Within two days all the ants were gone. I have not seen a single ant since they came in. They told me if the ants came back, they would come and take care of the problem free of charge.

It is supposed to be an ecological sound company. If they spray for ants on your property they will come back within three years to spray again at no charge if you have problems. We like them and think their prices are reasonable. They are responsive and came back once to spray in a different spot. I will use them again in the future.

They are coming once a month. We are feeding a lot of bait to the rats. David is very helpful and diligent. He's always on time. If he is ever late he lets us which is very nice.

Bait worked as it should. Approximately 2 weeks later we smelled something dead coming from our crawspace. Contacted the company by phone and email. They informed me that dead rodent removal was not part of their service. They wanted to come back and perform an inspection to see how much it would cost me. They told me that the bait they used made them leave the crawl space and die outside and that only 1% died in the areas baited. I told them that it seemed only logical that as they created the problem then they should bear some responsibility in fixing it. They told me it was not their policy to do so. Based on their response, I called another company to do an inspection. They found numerous dead rodents in my crawlspace, ruined vapor barrior and contamination issues. They fixed the problem for $1400 dollars and guarenteed their work and said that they would remove any future dead rodents.

They are really good about that. They give me notice before they come. Either they email or call to they let me know. They are really helpful when I ask them to treat something else. They are flexible. In terms of price, I have not really checked around but I think that their price is fine. In terms of responsiveness, I have even actually called them to ask them about a problem and they helped me, so they are very responsiveness. I would use their services again in the future.

Overall, everything turned out just fine with this company. I don't have any complaints with them at all. I would continue to use this company in the future.

Nothing fancy. They were prompt, professional, and priced a little higher than I would like. We chose them due to their plan allowing for them to only come when we want them. Several other places wanted to set up monthly visits. We just don't have the pest infestation to support that kind of service. Good solid service overall!

They were punctual, friendly, and informative. They did a good job. They took care of the problem. They are organic and use safe products that are not harmful tor animals. They did the job quickly. I would use them in the future.

It went very well. I have used them for other things as well. They do a good job at a reasonable price. They are very friendly. They come out when they say they would. They are the only service that I want to use for pest control.

I love, love, love Alpha Ecological. We had rats in our crawl space in the winter of 2009 and have had Alpha Ecological come out frequently since then. Our home inspector missed the fact that our duct work was not put together properly when we bought the house, and the rats got into the duct work and made a giant mess. Alpha Ecological gave us an estimate to deal with the rats, and when they found our duct work in such a sad state, they gave us an estimate on replacing the duct work as well. They had no problem waiting for a couple weeks while I got a second option on the duct work, and they came out immediately to re-duct the entire house once we decided to go with them. The gentlemen who went down in the crawl space went above and beyond and took photos of leaking pipes that we were unaware of. Since then, they've treated for spiders, ants, mice, and bees. Most recently, we had our quarterly maintenance on a Friday and then found a bee nest in our siding that Saturday when it got hot and the bees woke up and started buzzing. They returned out call on Monday and came out that same day to deal with the bee hive. They gave us a discount and deducted the price of the Friday visit from the maintenance as well. The guys who come out are always on time and courteous. They always cover their shoes when they come inside and answer all of my questions. I feel much better using them since I have dogs and don't want my dogs exposed to harsh pesticides.

They do a perimeter spray for ants and pests and they do the interior for spiders. The price is a little high, but it is worth it to us for the work they do.

Their price seemed to be a little bit more than some of the other places. They claim to be environmentally friendly, and I am hoping that is true.

I like the fact that they use non-toxic products. They came on time. The main problem is spiders, and those spiders have retreated now.

They got rid of the ants and they are very helpful. I do recommend them.

My main dislike is that they send someone different every time and they are not familiar with the areas that need to be checked. They send out a reminder date card and once I get that I usually have to beg for a smaller window of time since you have to be home. Once you pin down the time, they come and they are prompt. The workers that come out are respectful of your home and courteous. Most of them have been pretty knowledgeable about what they do.

They were responsive and they are knowledgeable.

No comments since I just started with them.

It is tough to get rid of spiders. He recommended we have them spray more often and since the supervisor is working with me on a different plan we will see how this turns out.
