 + -1 moreRainy, muddy weather but he spent time getting the proper supplies and setting up an excellent service box. Very pleasant at all times and made sure we understood how the new system functioned. Excellent work and very reasonable prices.
Description of Work: Kevin noticed a poorly constructed shut off system box for my sprinkler service during a winter shut off and notified me. He had to dig down several feet into muddy clay, build a new shut off box with a drain that was large enough to separate the house water shutoff and the sprinkler shut off valves. The box was insulated and a metal cover placed over the top rather than the old board someone had placed there. He replaced the shut off valves and the copper water main service supply.

 + -1 moreHe is a little pricey. He is punctual and does an excellent job. He is reliable. I have only dealt with the owner. He is professional and friendly. He is personable.
Description of Work: They take care of my irrigation system. I've used them for years. They check the back flow because I have to report my back flow here. They turn the service on and off for spring and fall.

 + 0 moreHe is a very professional and punctual person, very knowledgable. He has been very reliable over the past couple of years and comes out every year to turn on, clean out and turn off our system.
Description of Work: David keeps track of our irrigation system. We chose another person to install it a few years ago, and regret that decision. I would have gone with David had I know then what I know now. He also does landscaping.

 + -1 moreDAVE IS EXTREMELY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE INSISTED ON COMING TO THE PROPERTY TWICE BEFORE STARTING THE JOB, TO MAKE SURE HE UNDERSTOOD EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED DONE. ON THE SECOND VISIT, HE EVEN HAD HIS JOB FOREMAN WITH HIM SO THERE WOULD BE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS. DAVE KNEW WE WERE ON A TIGHT BUDGET AND SINCERELY TRIED TO GIVE US THE BEST RESULTS HE COULD FOR THE MONEY WE HAD TO SPEND. HE KEPT US INFORMED AT ALL TIMES, AND CHECKED BACK WITH US AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETE TO MAKE SURE WE WERE ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED! AND IT LOOKS GREAT!
Description of Work: WE ARE RENOVATING A HOUSE IN NORTH PORTLAND. WE HIRED DAVE TO DO THE ENTIRE LANDSCAPE. WATERCOURSE REMOVED ALL THE OLD GRASS, WEEDS, TRASH, OVERGROWN TREES AND BUSHES, ETC., AND HAULED THEM AWAY. THEY SMOOTHED AND LEVELED THE YARD IN PREPARATION FOR HYDROSEEDING. THEY SPREAD BARK IN ALL AREAS THAT WERE NOT GOING TO BE GRASS. DAVE BROUGHT IN THE GUY TO DO THE HYDROSEEDING AND OVERSAW HIS WORK.

 + -1 moreTHEY COME OUT LIKE CLOCK WORK EVERY FALL AND SPRING. THEY HAVE ME ON THEIR LIST AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE TO CALL THEM. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND I HAVE BEEN HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.
Description of Work: WATER COURSE IRRIGATION COMES OUT TO MY HOME EVERY FALL TO BLOW THE LAWN SPRINKLER LINES CLEAR, SO THEY DON'T FREEZE IN THE WINTER. THEY THEN COME OUT IN THE SPRING AND GET THE LAWN SPRINKLERS UP AND GOING AGAIN, AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE ALL WORKING.
