Lucas really seemed to know his stuff.

Very prompt service when our garage door broke. They were on site within an hour or so of calling. The young man who did the work was terrific. Our only concern, the young woman we booked with on the phone did not tell us that there was a call out fee. So it cost a lot more than we were expecting.

Very professional and prompt installation of 2 replacement garage door openers, and tuned up 3 garage doors on our home. Carefully explained options. Respectful of our home, and carefully cleaned up and hauled away old openers etc. Very friendly tech. We highly recommend this company.

The technician called and showed up on time. He provided a full review of our needs. He offered a fix that was more cost effective then other companies have. The estimate was better than I expected and he said he would be able to start and finish the job within the next hour or so. i signed off and he did the job as expected or better. Very Happy!

Update 3/19/2020: They came to our house in December of 2019 and quick-fixed our door explaining that it might not last very long. We accepted that and they did the job. They were very nice and did good work and were honest with us. A review of 4.5 from Bill K. in December was not from us. We would have given them a 5.0. Just recently the garage door unit had to be totally replaced and they also did the work. We still give them a 5.0 because we chose not to replace the unit the first time. All is good.

I had used to rekey a new home. Dean was super friendly and helpful. On time, thorough and provided me other tips about other lock systems that I had in the home. Will use it again!

I was able to schedule the appointment quickly and Dean showed up right on time. He assessed the situation, gave me some choices and a total cost for the job. He was very professional, explained everything in detail, and cleaned all the parts. I thought the price was very fair and would highly recommend this company.

Technicians Lucas and Dean did a good job with the installation and it was working in about 45 min to an hour. Cleaned up after themselves and only appropriate up-sales. The only drawback was the company has some fees that they did not disclose (such as use of credit card...when I specifically asked if they took cards, no disclosure of extra fees made. Also apparently company charges fee to return to do work unless done day of estimate, but I made clear over phone the day of estimate was just that not work, especially since it was already 3:30. Extra fee not disclosed by lady on phone). That said Lucas was anxious to make it right and we absolutely reached a fair price. I would hire them again, and probably ask for Lucas.

Lucas came out to our house this morning 2 hours after making the appointment. He was nice and respectful. We have been dragging our feet getting our new garage door opener installed. This experience was amazing! Thank you so much and hope we have the need for Lucas in the future.

Very responsive, respectful, accurate, and such a pleasure to be around! They were very helpful to me with everything ! The garage door ( looks fabulous) I had a water leak and they were sympathetic and encouraging that everything will work out. I would hire them for all my home improvements if I could!

They were very fast and efficient, bending over backwards to accommodate my requests. They gave me a awesome deal on both the door and installation of the door and the opener I will definitely suggest them for anyone that could make use of their services.
