The two young men that came n did the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional in their work. But, what really really impressed me was their honesty and how important to them was my satisfaction of their work. These gentlemen went above and beyond of what was written in the proposal. Things like minor but critical adjustments. These are the little things that had a positive impact on me. Oh' in addition they made every effort to cut my cost as much as reasonably possible. I was able to get an appointment right away to re-key 9 locks. Lucas was very professional, and wore a mask for COVID. Very reasonable price for the amount of work done. I recommend them!

Friendly, punctual, and fast. I called and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. The technician came exactly at the top of the hour even though my place is rural and 25 miles from their shop. He evaluated a difficult project; ie. sloped roof in the garage and a 10 foot non standard door. He came up with a reasonable solution and was able to return the next business day first thing and install it within an hour so I could make a flight out of town. When I learned this was a family owned business it all made sense, these guys hustle and do a great job because they are invested in it and want you to have good experience and outcome. Seriously, when was the last time a big box store went out of their way for you? Do they even care? Shop local, stay local. These guys are an example of what makes our country awesome!

Poor workmanship. Used different sized screws and bolts and didn t use washers or even fill each designated hole with proper hardware when installing new springs. Wiring work was messy and not clean as we discussed prior to contracting work. Garage door remote installed crooked on wall. Did not clean up mess prior to departure. Unprofessional tech asking personal questions repeatedly. Tech then called after hours to ask me to leave my kids home and meet him. Very friendly with quick availability, however work discussed did not meet quality as promised. I expected some adjustments due to the type of garage door opener I purchased, but I also expected clean work. Extensive discussion prior regarding job scope. Assured work was typical and not something that needed to be jimmy rigged or difficult.

Thunder did a great job repairing my garage door, changed out all the rollers, springs, door seal and made adjustments. Saved me a lot of money because I was about ready to buy a new door.
