Lucas, the technician that performed the work, was very professional, courteous and thorough. He spent the time to explain what was going on with my garage door, offered sound and practical solutions and did an excellent job repairing the door. I have had many problems with door in the past and am confident that Lucas has properly addressed the issues, and in a cost-effective way. I consider the work to be excellent and would strongly recommend Thunder Garage Door for any and all work of this kind. Top notch!!!

Lucas was the technician. Showed up on time. Explain the process and what he would do. Laid out the cost which we agreed upon. Performed his job with a couple of surprises due to the layout of my house. Did a great job. I will have him do the other garage door soon.
