Description of Work: I used them recently and I liked them a great deal. They were accommodating, they did the work, and they were professional. They interfaced with me enough but not too much. The work I had was at a commercial property I had and I wasn’t knowledgeable about the problem but they coped with my situation. When I needed to talk to a manager, I was put through immediately. They took care of the permitting process and everything and they did it fast! They explained what had happened, which I appreciated.

Outstanding
Description of Work: Spoke with Jeff regarding electrical outage. Rather than scheduling an appointment, he walked me through a couple tests and helped me resolve the problem. Will DEFINITELY call them in the future for any other electrical needs

Electrical projects are expensive to do correctly to code , we are required to get a permit and use arc fault circuit breakers. We do not make up the rules we only follow them. Description of Work: I called Prairie Electric to have my TV wiring run through the wall. The technician came by and checked out the wall and what I wanted done. I was told the approximate bid and would receive this in writing. It never came but trusted them to do the job and at the approximate amount. The technician came and did the work. He was professional and did a good job but never got the bill. A month later I got a nasty call demanding payment. I went to the office and paid the amount which was 25.00 more and told them I did not get a bill. Was told the guy who did it was out due to illness and his behavior toward customers is pretty much rude. Told them I wouldn't be using their service anymore and the woman behind the desk didn't seem to care.
