Description of Work: We discovered water flowing down the street on a Saturday morning. We had a leak close to our meter. We had our utility company check it out and unfortunately it was not in a area that they were responsible for. I started calling plumbing companies on Angies List. Sarkinen Plumbing answered the phone with a live person, came out immediately and took care of it! They were fantastic!

Description of Work: They connected us to the sewer and decommissioned our septic tank and pump tank. They filled and smoothed the area where the tanks were and spread grass seed on the area. The work was professionally done and when I brought up some damage to siding, they immediately came and took care of it. The work took two days. We were left with some cleanup of mud on sidewalks, but otherwise it was a good job.

Description of Work: While the quality of the technician was excellent, I can't recommend because of the poor office scheduling process.

Description of Work: Whole house re-pipe for Repipe specialists. Excellent plumbers and good to work with. They left the house clean when they left at night and did the entire house in two days. The sub contractor they used for drywall was not up to their standards, took another week to finish the walls but eventually we got our house back.

Description of Work: They replaced 3 toilets in my home. Although they were late to both our initial referral, and the ultimate appointment, to fix the problem; the men who worked to replace our broken toilets were courteous and professional.

Description of Work: We needed a pipe replaced. They did the work we needed and also added in a valve in case we want to add a sprinkler system. They were very reliable. We would use them again.

Description of Work: 1. He and his apprentice replaced the leaking pipe and knob on my toilet with a new one. 2. They repaired the showed-flow-faucet- head that spewed water out. 3. They cleaned out my kitchen badly plugged drain, took out the garbage and the old garbage disposal, cleaned up. 4. They installed a new garbage disposal.Also they noticed that my outside hose faucet was not covered properly (I had rags around it and plastic) so they offered to go to the store and get a wrapping. They returned shortly, put the new insulation on, and would accept no money.

Description of Work: Replaced water line from meter to home. Had an outside hose bib that was plumbed under cement in garage break. Matt came on Saturday evening around 4:00, shut off water, temporarily hooked us up to water until Thursday for the final installation. Dillon was his apprentice. Two great young men! A good team they are, explained everything to us two senior citizens, respectful, would definitely have them again. No, we are no relation.

Description of Work: We had a sinkhole in the parking lot where I work. They arrived within a couple of hours and were very prompt and efficient. They went out of their way to make sure that it was not something that the city could possibly be resonsible for which was nice. They did not charge us a service change to come out and assess what the problem was and billed directly to out main office. We will definitely use them again . Thanks!

Description of Work: I lost water pressure at my kitchen sink and master bathroom shower plus the master bathroom sink was clogged and the master bathroom toilet handle broke. I called Sarkinen on Sunday morning to make an appointment for first thing Monday morning and was able to get an appointment and in fact, the plumber showed up early and was able to get everything done quickly and efficiently. I was satisfied and impressed with their quick work and friendly technician. I will definitely use them in the future.
