Toby did a great job!

They had a big deal with 5% discount for Angie's List members and they also had a senior citizen discount. He came out in two days after I called him. He was a one man operation and he did a very good job. He was very reasonable compared to some of the others that I talked to. It was a big spring on top of the garage door that would move back and forth when you lift it so that you could do it with minimum effort. He was quick and professional. He gave me good information about what was wrong and also about how to fix it. He did it. I would recommend him for his professionalism if I recommend him to my friends and family members. He did a good job. I would not say much about it as it was not the kind of job that you would rave about. You would want it to be done right when it is done. He gave me a couple of discounts. The quality of work was flawless. His responsiveness was good. He was great in terms of his punctuality and there was no problem at all. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

Called the owner, Toby, and he was able to provide an estimate over the phone and was able to fit us in early the next day. Toby showed up on time and ready to fix the problem. Not only did he replace the spring, but he did a full inspection and tune-up of the track and garage door. He recommended maintenance items that I could perform myself for giving our wood doors a longer life. Toby also cleaned up and swept the entire garage, leaving it tidier than when he arrived. Toby was very nice and seems like he's been in the business for a long time, I will definitely be calling him again if we run into more troubles.

The garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon. After searcing Angie's List I called to schedule an appointment for repair. Was available first thing Monday morning and showed up exactly at 9:00 as scheduled. Determined that the type of spring was only used on one manufacturer, and didn't have it with him, but called to have one set aside in Portland and returned that afternoon to replace. While replacing spring noticed that the rack for the lift was broken and would need to be replaced. Again, didn't have the part but ordered from supplier in Portland and promised to return the next afternoon, which he did. Did not charge labor for second visit. Very professional and knowledgable. Did a thorough job and checked everything out. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Our garage door had never worked perfectly; the builder had mounted it to a flimsy piece of drywall instead of a solid surface.. After my mother-in-law backed into the door with her car, it was even worse. The man from On-Track arrived promptly for estimate as promised, gave us a complete assessment of the problem and solution and a detailed cost analysis along with the estimated time that it would take to obtain the parts. Upon approval, he ordered the parts and was back within a couple of days to do the work. He did more than was promised for the promised price and the door has functioned perfectly ever since. He was very professional, wasted no time, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. I would definitely recommend him!

One of the springs on our garage door broke making it impossible to open the door. We located OnTrack and decided to give him a chance based on other reviews we'd seen elsewhere and on his responsiveness to us through email. He even offered us a web discount, which saved us a few dollars. He showed up right on time for our scheduled appointment. He allowed my husband to watch and ask questions during the whole process and was very friendly and easy going. Our weatherstrip on the bottom of the door is torn so we asked him about that while he was working on the door. Instead of just charging us more to fix it, he told us how easy it would be for us to replace the weather seal on the bottom of the door and what seal to look for at the store, thus saving us a few more bucks. All in all, it took an hour and a half or so. He was neat and tidy and cleaned up after himself. The door is working great, and the little squeak we could never find is gone too. We're very happy.
