Contacted On Track Garage Doors & spoke to Ryan who was so helpful. Excellent Customer service providing fast friendly service, punctual, honest, knowledgeable & professional. Ryan resolved the issue with my garage door & went above & beyond making sure it was in good working condition. The job done the door was running smoother than before. Very reasonably priced & I highly recommend them for repairs, maintenance or new installation of garage doors.

I was contacted the next day from a query I put in Angie's List. I was told the price to be expected and what might be expected to cost extra. I was able to book an appointment within a day or two. The installer, Codi, notified me when to expect him. Hours before the expected time, he called to say he would be delayed a bit but explained why. He arrived before the new expected time. I had a very squeaky door that wouldn't always go up or down. He explained that it was past its expected life and offered, without trying to push it, that I could get a new spring that would extend the life of the system quite a bit without costing a lot more. He came back the next day and installed the new spring, oiled everything, put new sensors in, and serviced the motor. Beyond the cost of servicing and the spring, he then rehung the motor on new brackets and reconnected the motor to the wall button through existing wires in the walls that the original installers hadn't bothered to connect to and removed the old wires tacked on to the walls. To finish off, he explained the correct lubricant to use periodically and how to apply it in the easiest manner. He did all this in less time than the hour and a half he expected the job to take. Codi was personable and engaging and went above and beyond what was expected. My neighbor came by and was interested in a new automatic garage opener. I immediately recommended On Track to him.

Ryan was responsive and helpful in selecting the door and placing the order. Although the order was delayed by the factory, once received it was promptly installed, installer was on time and did a good job. Price was competitive, about average for quotes I received.

I called to schedule an appointment, and they had an opening immediately. They had a guy at my house within 30 min of me calling! Replaced both springs on a 2-spring door. Did the work quickly and door works again!

I was very happy with the service. I called about my broken garage door and had an appointment 3 hours later. He arrived on time, assessed the situation immediately, and got right to work. The door had two springs that were about 20 years old and one of them had snapped and taken the center lag bolt out of the wall with it. He recommended I replace the second one at the same time (and I did), but there was no pressure or hard sell. He lagged the center back in place better than it had been when first installed. I'd highly recommend On Track to others.

Perfect. I could have struggled with getting and installing replacement parts and assemblies, and still would have had an outdated 25 YO (noisy) opener. Very, very satisfied with the quality of the opener, and the overall cost. Had a small surcharge for the height of my door, which is quite understandable, since it effects the travel bar.

They even came back over to double check our door to be sure they could find the replacement. The install was pleasant, efficient, clean and prompt. Everyone at On Track was prompt, helpful and up front about everything. Our old door had been installed by On Track before we bought our house, so they gave us the loyalty discount, which was much appreciated. I appreciated that the technician cleaned up so thoroughly after himself, right down to wiping his fingerprints off the door. All in all, a very good experience.

Very well. Appointment was promptly made, and installer was on time. Very, very satisfied with the quality of the opener (searched several reviews). There was a nominal surcharge of $30. for my 7-1/2 foot, single door (the deal was for 7 foot). I'm handy, but the reality of going through several hours of unfamiliar challenges just isn't worth the value that this was. I probably could have repaired the antiquated Liftmaster, but then I'd still have an antique. I'd definitely do it again.

We spoke on Monday morning about how the door would no longer open. An appointment was made for Tudesday between 9 and 11 am. The technicians called at 9:15 to say they were on the way. Alex and Zach were friendly and took a look at the door. They confirmed that the torsion spring was broken and needed replacement. At that time the owner, Toby, arrived to greet me and mentor his younger technicians. Toby spotted other needed maintenance like loose hinges and the opener attachment bracket that was about to fail. The work was complete in just over one hour. The cost of the repair was within my expectations and was communicated before any work began. I would recomment Toby and On Track to anyone needing garage door service.
