Ryan was very knowledgeable and courteous, he did a great job. He also arrived on time. He performed his job very professionally. I will recommend this company to family and friends. The owner of the company also came by the day before and opened my garage door for me, which was greatly appreciated.

It is great. He was a good guy to deal with, highly efficient, know what he was doing, came in, got to it, cleaned everything up even the old things that I would like. They were impressive.

They did the emergency repair quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. As a result, I called them again to install a new opener. The job was more complicated than I'd expected, but they did it well.

Toby from On Track Garage Doors LLC did a fantastic job servicing my garage doors. I called him at 9:45am and he was at my house at noon, exactly when he said he would, the very same morning. He did not attempt to sell me unnecessary parts or service in any way. He was quick yet did a very thorough servicing of the doors and motors. Toby was FANTASTIC! He had to come in and take over for another contractor that dropped the ball. I called him on Thursday evening, he was there Friday morning to give me a bid, and the work was completed by Friday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and the price was very appropriate. His craftsman, Jason, was friendly and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend these guys to anyone!

I had a spring break on my garage door over the weekend and called five companies promptly on Monday morning to get quotes for the repair. I was only able to reach three of the five companies I called. I talked with Toby, the owner of On Track Garage Doors and he was very helpful over the phone. He mentioned that I could go to their website and print a certificate for 10% off the total cost. Toby was also able to schedule me in for Monday afternoon. Because of a previous job he was an hour later arriving but gave me a call to explain the situation and see if he could still come out to fix my door. Toby did an excellent job and was very helpful in explaining ways that I could continue to keep my garage door in the best condition.

Owing to nature of problem we scheduled the appointment for mid-afternoon on a day that was forecast to be hot and sunny. When he arrived we discussed the issues and tested the system. Toby replaced the keypad, moved the photocells to a more shaded position, and did a general maintenance. We discussed the fact that he might need to come back since the problems had been intermittent. Some problems reoccurred so he returned several days later and replaced some wiring and the photocells. Its been hot and sunny since then but everything seems to be working fine. I am happy with the work and will gladly use him again.

I had originally called my regular garage door guy to go and look at the door, but he is an older gentlemen and not capable of lifting the door back up into position to work on it, he suggested that I call Toby at ontrack and suggested that he didn't think the door could be fixed and would likely need to be replaced. I had called Toby from On Track and requested to have Toby setup an appointment with the tenant to come out and see if they could fix the door. During that conversation Toby informed me that if the door needed to be replaced it would be $750 for a new door and another $1200 to remove the old door if it tested positive for lead paint. He explained that the $1200 was partly because he didn't currently have the required hepa vac to do the removal per EPA guidelines and it would cost him $700 just to buy the vac. Some how in his business model he thinks that I should buy him a $700 vacuum so he can do this job. The 3rd company I called quoted me $400 for the removal as they were smart enough to use a third party sub-contractor to do the removal that was already setup to do that type of work. . I didn't bother to call the 3rd company until after a week had gone by I hadn't heard any updates about the repairs etc. and called my tenant to find out that On Track never contacted them. Toby called me the following Thursday to apologize for letting it slip and asked me if I still wanted him to followup with the tenant. By this time I had already contacted the third company and they were already on site the same day I had called them. The third company has its own review coming to them for failing to repair the door and pushing to have me just replace the door. Long story shortened, I went to the rental yesterday and me and my brother-in-law were able to fix the door in less than 10 minutes. No new door, no costly removal, just put it back in the track and replace one nut that was missing. So buyer beware, make sure that these companies give you reasonable evidence that the door can't be fixed before shelling out the big bucks to have your door replaced.

Toby was great, while I found him here on Angie's List my landlord actually did some calling on his own and didn't find anyone better, which considering he uses quite a few handymen is impressive to me. Toby is friendly to be around, works unbelievably quick and efficient, and even called on a holiday to make sure I was available for him to do the repair. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door work done.

I contacted Toby Thursday afternoon regarding my garage door opener that wasn't working. He came out that evening, told me what needed to be done and gave me a verbal estimate of what it would cost. I told him I would like to go ahead with the job and he said he could do it on Monday. I asked him to email me something in writing, regarding the estimate, but he never did. I contacted him over the weekend with a few questions but didn't hear back from him until Monday morning. At that time he answered all my questions. I decided to upgrade the opener he was going to install and he made the change with no problem and for only a minimal increase in the price. He did the installation, replaced the cables,, realigned the door and recoded everything in just a few hours. Everything works great!

I called On Track because of the great reviews that he had. He seemed like someone I could trust, and he was. I called and left a message. He called me back as soon as he could. He asked me a few questions and had me go out to the garage to take a look at the door. He clearly described what he wanted me to check on the spring system and I saw right away that one side of the spring was broken. We set the appointment and he arrived on time. He was very professional and was tidy in his work. My garage door works again after he installed new springs and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend him to anyone that has a garage door issue.

Good experience. Very friendly and efficient. Clean up could have been a bit more thorough. A bit high priced but we are happy with the new door.

Spring on garage door opener had broken, Toby replaced it. Work was done quickly and professionally. Recently I called him about an issue with a sensor not working properly. He explained several things we could do to check out and possibly correct the problem ourselves, instead of immediately booking a service call.

We called on Saturday and he was at our house Monday morning at 7:30 am as promised. The work took about one hour, was professionally done and unobtrusive.. The door mechanism is working well. The seal isn't tight on one side, but may just need some tweaking.

Punctual, priced right, installed properly. Very happy customers. Toby is a great man...he went to my Moms..(all the way to Milwaukie OR) she thought she needed new garage doors. It was something simple, Toby fixed it free of any charge! He's one of a kind!

Toby, the owner and repairman, worked quickly and efficiently in correcting and adjusting my new garage door opener that I had installed. He completed his work in just over an hour and had the necessary parts with him that did not come with my opener. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of garage door repair and installation. His charges were very reasonable.

Toby arrived right on time and was very personable and professional. It’s obvious right away that he is an expert at what he does and we immediately knew this was the company we should have used instead of Precision Door Service. He had been recommended to us by our neighbors. Toby said he would check out our garage door and let us know what needed to be done. There was no upsell; just here is what you need and what it will cost. We did need new rollers but we did not need new cables. Toby installed the new rollers, did preventive maintenance on our garage door (and the garage door opener) and ensured that everything was working correctly before he left. The quality of workmanship was hands down superior to what we received from Precision Door Service. I highly recommend On Track Garage Doors and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Toby again and recommend him to anyone needing their garage door serviced. I asked Toby to place a sticker on our garage door so that if we ever need our garage door serviced again we would know who to call. This was such a positive experience compared to our experience with Precision Door Service. UPDATE: 6/19/2012 - Toby made a small miscalculation on our bill in our favor and to our surprise we received a check in the mail from him for the difference. We appreciate his honesty as we would never known otherwise. I wish all contractors had such high moral standards.

It went great! My husband had forgotten that we were Angie's list members and so went to the phone book and called another company to see about getting the spring replaced, he waited 2 days, no response. So he called another company, waited a day, no response. I went on Angie's list, called Toby from On Track and it was fixed within 2 hours!! If that's not service, I don't know what is.

We liked their pricing. They forgot about the appointment that we had set and then was an hour late for the appointment we had rescheduled for the following day. He was very fair, informative, and helpful.
