NEAT NIX CARPET CARE

the carpets were really dirty due to young boys renting this apartment for just over a year! They were able to get a lot of the stains out and the place smelled great afterwards!

Showed up on time and with a crew of 3 people.

I called them last week, they answered right away and were available to make room in their schedule quickly for me. Despite the holidays (where lots of contractors seem less responsive) they're on it.

Service was prompt, reasonably priced, and well done

We had our very old carpets cleaned and afterwards they looked amazingly better. Nothing would make them look new, but it was pretty darn close. They called ahead, indicated they were running behind and let me know the time they would be at the house. Showed up exactly when they said they would. Nice crew, no up sale. I will definitely call them the next time we need carpets cleaned

Nick answered the phone when I called and we were able to schedule service for the exact day I wanted. When the day arrived he was on time, fast, and did an excellent job. He made sure the carpets were cleaned, smelled good, and that all cat hair was gone. When he left the carpet wasn't too wet, which helped ensure that everything dried without that musty smell. I would definitely use Neat Nix again!

It was easy to get an appointment scheduled and an estimate over the phone. On the day of the appointment he was running a little behind but he called in advance to let me know and it actually worked out better for me. He was thorough and his phone estimate was very close to what the actual cost was. Nick was personable and professional and discussed problem areas on my carpets with me before beginning. I was very happy with the results.

Nick did a nice job cleaning my couch and dining room chairs. They all look much fresher. Very professional and friendly.

My family room had a lot of pop stains from my two grandsons. All are now gone and the carpet looks wonderful. Nick and his crew were punctual, got right to work and even moved the furniture that was too heavy for me to move. The carpet looks so nice I don't even want to walk on it!

He was very polite on the phone, however I did not mention Angie' s list initially when asking for a price. He told me that for first time customer the price was $250. I told him then that I have seen a coupon in Angie' s list for 20% off, he told me that $250 was inclusive of the coupon. I do not think this was fair, so the coupon was not actually a coupon considering he gives the same price to everybody. I contacted 3 other providers and the average price was about $200 without any coupon.

Nick and his crew did a fantastic job. The carpets look fantastic. We will use them again and recommend them highly.The cleaning process was fast and odor free.

These guys are an absolute pleasure to work with. Nick and his crew are extremely responsive, professional and punctual and the quality of the work they did for us was exceptional. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Nick was on time, professional and one of the most courteous people I have met. The work was spotless and he was kind to leave a few extra "booties" for us to wear on the carpet while it was drying. The carpet looks great and the couch is as good as new. His price is comparable to the other carpet cleaners in the area but the best part of dealing with him was his professionalism and helpful attitude. I hope to hire him again for our home cleaning needs and highly recommend him to others.

After reviewing others' comments, I called Nick to schedule the carpet cleaning. He was professional on the phone and was able to come on the day I requested (which was the following week). On the scheduled date, he and his assistant arrived a little before the allotted time and provided me with an firm estimate (which was the actual cost, no surprises). By the time he was scheduled to arrive, he was already cleaning the carpets. He was careful and considerate with the house, protecting corners and floors as he worked. They worked quickly and efficiently and were done in less than 2 hours. The carpets look great and I would highly recommend him.

I was so pleased. We expected a large bill and there was not. I would absolutely recommend him any day. He arrived on time and did everything he said he would. We had really pondered over who to go with but when we saw his reviews, everyone was just delighted with his work.

Highly recommend Nick. He was prompt, professional and got our carpets very clean (and they were dirty!) He also gives a 20% discount for Angie's List members which was nice. Our house is pretty big and his prices were competitive before the discount.
