NEAT NIX CARPET CARE

Nick was very professional and responsive. I called to get an idea of cost and to schedule. He provided me a phone estimate based upon my work description and when he arrived to do the work his cost was right on his estimate. He was on time and worked quickly with a partner. My carpets look better than they have in years.

I found Nick and his crew member to be friendly, competent and careful about their impact on our home. I think they came out the day after I called, so no difficulty scheduling. It was a small job, and they were in and out in an hour or less. Nick answered my questions and helped create the conditions for the rugs to dry as quickly as possible. The carpet looked good when they left. I would have them out to do work for us again.

Nick is the nicest most personable guy and runs a very clean, affordable and reputable company. He always calls back as soon as he can and provides excellent service. We feel comfortable with him and his team and call them back every time we need our carpets clean without hesitation.

Nick and his crew did and excellent job of cleaning and treating my carpet. Much to my surprise most all stains were removed. I had been delaying getting my carpet cleaned since I have been planning on replacing it in the near future. I am happy I did. I was kidding with Nick that it looked so good my husband would probably not want to replace it now. We can now focus on other areas of the house that need some facelifting and let the carpets slide for awhile. I am pleased with his promptness, professionalism, and all over excellent job. I will definitely call him again.

This is our second time using Nick. He and his crew are always carefull, prompt, do all the heavy lifting and a fabulous job of cleaning the carpets, including stairs.

I bought a special deal on Angie's list... and then forgot about it for two years. When I eventually remembered and called to get service done, Nick was friendly and agreed to do the service with no problems. I then decided to add to the original deal by having him do a few more rooms (for some extra money). I found his price quite reasonable. He and his coworker were professional and courteous, and did the job well and efficiently. I have no complaints.

When I called Nick answered the phone and actually gave me a ballpark quote over the phone so I could plan on how much it would cost. He scheduled me 4 days after I called which was July 5 at 11am. He called that morning and offered to come over early because they finished at their previous job. The timing was important for me because our 15 month old needs his naps. It took about 2 hours. We actually left during the cleaning. There was no harsh chemical smell. Carpets were immaculate and that is with a child and 2 dogs. Furniture was moved into place and put up on blue foam blocks. We did move everything out of the house in our back yard to get most of the carpet cleaned. They even left addititional foam blocks for us if we wanted to move the stuff that was outside back in. It took overnight to dry with the windows open and air conditioning fan on. We were very impressed and will be using Neat Nix again. I highly recommend them.

The stairs and upstairs look great. They did a very thorough job up there and even though Nick warned me that some of the stains might return (depending on how deep they went) most of them have not. I'm giving him a "B" for two reasons. One, he failed to tell me in advance that they didn't have the technology to properly clean the area rug downstairs. When I brought it back inside, it was very dusty and didn't really seem much different than before they cleaned it. Two, he spent a great deal of the time he was here on the phone, which meant he wasn't doing what I was paying him for, which was cleaning my carpets. Two men came and I therefor expected them both to be on the job. So while I probably won't hire him again, I would also say that they did a very good job on the regular carpet. Hire them, but get more details up front than I did.

Everything looks wonderful, better than we expected. Nick and his assistant were prompt, took an hour as estmated and were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

There was a three-person crew. Each man got right to his task and they worked like beavers. Did a great job in a reasonable amount of time and at a good price. The house was vacant, so they didn't have to deal with furniture. That made the whole process go much faster and more thoroughly.

One of my cats was urine marking the carpet in the basement over a period of several months - it got to be more than we could handle, so we let it go for a while. I had company coming over on short notice and needed an emergency cleaning just so the smell wasn't as bad. I found Neat Nix on Angie's List and was able to schedule a last minute cleaning with only a few days' notice. I told Nick the problem over the phone, and he was very honest about what he would and wouldn't be able to do. He said he could make it better, but not 100%, since cat urine is so pungent and (in our case) prevalent. He gave me a quick quote that included the pet stain removal fee and a new customer discount. Nick called the morning of the appointment asking to reschedule for earlier (the appointment was in the afternoon) - there was plenty of advanced notice, so no problem. He came right when he said he would, and he and his assistant respectfully took off their shoes when they came in the door. He was very nice and charmed my one year old daughter and petted my dog before coming down to look at the basement. I was expecting to defend myself and my decision to keep the cat, but Nick was very understanding and nonjudgmental - pets are family and that's that. He said again he could make it better by removing the stains and helping the smell, but there would always be a little smell until we ripped everything out and started over. He was able to be more aggressive with the cleaning since the floor underneath was concrete. The work took under an hour and all the stains came out! The cat smell was less and the cleaning solution smelled fresh, not harsh and chemical. The final price was less than the first quote, as I had miscalculated the square footage. I am very happy with the results, the price, and Nick and his assistant's personalities. They were professional and respectful, but also personable and friendly. I will for sure use Neat Nix in the future! (And now that we keep the cat out of the basement, she's stopped marking. Problem solved!)

I would definitely use them again! They were very prompt, and the recommendations I read online were very helpful. He was pretty much in and out very quickly and we didn’t have any problems.

Nick and his coworker were scheduled to arrive at 11:30am. I received a phone call around 9:30am asking if they could arrive early. I informed Nick that arriving early would not be a problem. Nick and his coworker arrived at 10:45am, measuered the area of the house for the carpet cleaning and gave me a quote of $230. I agreed to the price and they got to work right away. I enjoyed spending time sitting on the patio while they worked in the house, which took them approximately 2 hours to complete. I paid the agreed amount price. Nick is a very personable and relaxed business owner, and I would use his services again in the future should I need it. Thank you Nick! :)

Arrived at time promised, setup, cleaned, moved two pieces of furniture and carpet cleaned and combed. Looked great.

Owner Nick answered immediately when I called about an appointment. I called on Thursday and Nick was able to come on the next Monday. Since I'd spilled coffee on the upholstery, such quick response was very much appreciated. Nice and an assistant arrived, reviewed work to be done and finalized the pricing - very fair. They were professional and thorough and nice to be around. All in all, it was a great experience.

He returned my phone call right away and told me about a special he had on Angie's List and also mentioned an additional discount. He told me when he would be over and than gave me a final price. I told him to forget it because he made the price somewhat vague initially when he was telling me about the discounts and than upped the price after making the appointment.

This was my second time using Neat Nix. Everything went as planned and as usual, Nick did an excellent job. I called Nick on Monday and was able to schedule the cleaning Thursday of that same week. Nick showed up exactly on time and went right to work. His attention to detail is great and I always appreciate the care he takes, such as wearing booties while in the house. The main floor carpet had a red wine stain that is no longer there thanks to Nick! I highly recommend Neat Nix!

Great experience, showed up on time, efficient. Was able to remove some stains. Price was different than what was quoted over the phone but I was expecting that.
