NEAT NIX CARPET CARE

He told me not to walk on it for 2 days; I waited those two days but then maybe a week or two later the spots were right back.

The master bedroom carpet was really dirty. There wasn't any extra cleaning of the dirtiest areas and no conversation with me about extra work to clean these areas. Upon leaving, I was told "we did the best we could do, but some dirty areas will remain. Their website advertises, and the Deal stated that extra stain removal might cost more, and I dis tell Nick about the stains prior to his beginning cleaning. As noted, he did not talk about extras. I was willing to pay more, and did tell him prior to the service. Compared to previous carpet cleaning experiences, I thought his service was pretty cursory.

Showed up on time and did a great job. Very careful around furniture and careful not to track dirt back on to clean carpet.

Not clear from their service area map that we were out of their service area. Could not magnify it to see actual boundaries.

Overall, pretty good. Failed to clean pet skin oil where golden lay next to my home office desk (first time), which is why only a B

It is really reassuring to hire a service that is as professional in reality as it presents itself to be, and Neat Nix is that one. We phoned Nick to discuss his services, cost, methods, etc. He was very professional and gave us what we felt was a very fair estimate, and the final cost was right in that ballpark. He phoned a couple times the morning of the service to let us know when he would arrive and was spot on. We really appreciate his timeliness. He arrived with his team. Usually he has one partner, Gary, but that day he had two. After looking over the carpeting they set to work. Nick has everything choreographed and the team is very efficient. The results were amazing! Our carpet is bright and new looking! He also cleaned some smaller wool area rugs that were not included in the cost and they look as if they have new life. We would definitely hire him again. It is a pleasure to work with someone so organized and professional who delivers what he advertises.

Nick was great. Professional, on time, friendly and thorough. His crew worked quickly and Nick set our expectations clearly about how well he'd do on stains and area rugs. We were very pleased and plan to have him back on a more regular basis.

Nick uses very friendly chemicals. He is immaculate and very punctual. He gives us shoe covers and he and his assistant wear them as well. They put down mats on the wood floor so no water lands on it. He has the latest equipment. His equipment is spotless. He doesn't upsell at all. He is very personable and business like at the same time. We have had him come out 4 years now.

Everything went well, they just don't have the right equipment to do the work.

They were prompt to return calls and schedule. On time to do the work and did what they said they would do for a fair price.

I made an error when I first submitted this review. I have just corrected my abcdefI was using my phone and didn't see that the abcdef ratings were high to low instead of low to high. I inadvertently rated NeatNix as an F when I mean to give them an A!. I want everyone to know that these people are great and I am so sorry for my mistake. I will wear my glasses next time!

The two fellows arrived promptly and immediately got to work,first covering their shoes with paper booties and laying covering over the hardwood floors on the first floor landing to ensure no mess. The carpet has been professionally cleaned many times but this time almost all stains were removed. Carpet is wool but over 25 years old!! It looks great!!! I was given the discount rate on the extra carpet cleaning but the cost of the couch cleaning seemed high. All in all they did a terrific job and will not hesitate to call them again.

The service went fine and they did a great job. They did exactly what the deal stated. Two technicians came out and completed the job in less than an hour. They cleaned on large room upstairs. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Nick did a fabulous job of removing the stains. He explained that a red stain might reappear later as red is very difficult to get out. The carpet looks amazing and I will definitely have him back to do the stairs and landing upstairs. Nick is professional and very courteous. He explained what he did, he put foam rubber under the large hassock, sofa and end table. Please take my word and give Neat Nix Carpet Cleaning a try.

Service provider was very professional and friendly. They called ahead of time to let me know they will be 30 minutes late. They took great care of furniture in the house. The cleaning took about 2 hours and results were surprisingly good, given the carpet had not been cleaned for 8 years. Besides a couple of spots in a corner of the bedroom cause by paint, the area was very clean (almost like new).

I ordered the $99 Neat Nix Carpet Cleaning Deal on Angie's List and I am very pleased. I received a prompt email message from Nick, the owner and he asked if the next day at 2:30PM would work. He and his crew were at the house promptly at 2:30. Nick walked through the job with me and he and his crew went to work like a perfectly trained team. They did not waste a minute, everybody had a job to do and did it with gusto. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The best part is that the carpet looked like new when they finished. He left 2-pairs of booties because he feared that it might not be completely dry by the next day. Nick and Neat Nix carpet cleaning will be my carpet care person from now on.

I used the "$99 buy it now" option. Nick contacted me promptly, we set a date, and he and Gary arrived on time and completed the work in little over an hour. Our carpets had not been cleaned for a number of years and Nick's truck based cleaning process did a great job. There was no odor, some serious stains were removed, and the carpets dried in a reasonable time.

Nick and his crew are prompt, friendly, thorough, and careful. We learned of their outstanding reputation when we bought our home several years ago and needed the tile/grout and carpets cleaned before we moved in. With two dogs, a preschooler, and another child on the way, we will keep coming back!

These guys are the absolute best. Nick is efficient, personable and extremely professional. They work hard, they work fast, and they do a good job.

crew was timely and professionally introduced. Care was taken to protect newly refinished harwood floors on first floor and stairway leading to carpeting on second floor. Work was performed quickly and thoroughly. I was asked to take a walk through when complete. End result was excellent.

Arrived on time; worked consistently and was very careful around the walls (our place was empty at the time), and as a bonus provided shoe coverings as we were showing the unit the next day.

They were able to schedule the job quickly, were very friendly and professional, and did a fabulous job on the carpet. They got all of the stains out and their prices were very competitive. I'm so extremely pleased with their work and would absolutely hire them again! I hired them because they had great Angie's List reviews, as well.

I thought it was not as good of a value. The price was a little bit high. They were very thorough. I like that they used the wall protectors for their hose, I thought that was pretty cool. They were very thorough, pleasant and timely as well.

We have a dog and Nick did a great job of cleaning our carpets and our couch- they all look fantastic! He is professional, very thorough and really good at what he does. We will definitely use his company again. Thank you Nick!
