Wonderful service, prompt, professional, courteous. End cost less expensive than original quote. Removed stains that were left behind by the previous carpet cleaner. Took care not to damage walls or furniture. Carpets took approx 2 days to dry completely. Could not have been a better experience. Will definitely hire again.

Nick came out and gave us an estimate after looking at our apartment. There was concern because we are on the third floor and quite a ways from a parking spot. We also had an area with pet odor that was quite bad. Nick determined that his equipment would be able to reach our apartment and the loft. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. The job was completed in an hour and a half. Nick and his wife did an excellent job. The carpet looks brand new and odor is gone. He charged exactly what his estimate was which was a great price. We would use Neat Nix again and recommend them highly.

The owners (Nick and MaryKay) arrived on time and were professional, efficient, and super nice when cleaning our carpet and rug. They also gave us advice on care for our wool rug. The price for the work was reasonable and we received a first time customer discount. I will definitely use them again.

They used plastic protectors on the corners of the walls and stairs, so the equipment wouldn't damage my house. They did a good job, and even got out some stains I had thought were permanent. They left everything very neat and tidy, no mess, no problems, no worries. I spoke to a few other companies, but many of them wouldn't come out on a Saturday, which was a requirement for me. They were very quick and professional.

I called NeatNix Carpet Care, received a professional greeting and a review of their services over the phone. The asked the necessary questions on the phone so appropriate planning could be made to clean the carpets in my rental unit. I like the fact that we did not have any surprises on the price once. They provided excellent work for a fair price. Some companies lowball the price and then the additional charges begin to add up once they are in your home. The NeatNix people arrived on time, introduced themselves and we reviewed the scope of the work. They worked quickly and efficiently and took great care with the work and their attention to detail. They use "Green" cleaning products and the results were exceptional. I was concerned that some of the stains were to severe to be removed. Yet the stains are gone and have not come back. The entire experience with NeatNix was excellent and I appreciated that Nick and Mary Kay (owners) went above and beyond to do an excellent job. They are a smaller company and I always try to work with a company where you are able to meet the owners. This is definitely the company to use for carpet care. Highly Recommended.

Great. I called for an estimate to clean the carpet on my back stairs. Nick told me he'd have to see the stairs to make an accurate quote. We agreed to have him come quote and if the price was ok, he'd clean then. He and his wife arrived on time, wore shoe covers in the house, and were professional. Once he looked at the stairs he mentioned the $100 minimum. Since the stairs were under this minimum, he suggested also cleaning the family room. I also, asked about cleaning an oriental rug in the living room. Nick suggested taking it to an in house cleaner, who could do a better job, as he didn't want to risk damaging the old rug.

The two owners of the company arrived promptly at the appointed time. They were courteous and it was easy to communicate with them; also the work was done very carefully and took around three hours. I have used the ratings on Angie's list to guide me on a number of occasions and this is the first time I feel I hit the nail on the head with a true A+ winner. This is the most reliable company I have dealt with in a long time. It was a pleasure to do business with them and they price this excellent service extremely well.

Excellent. Neat Nix was responsive, timely, professional and their work is high quality. Nick took the time to do the job right. I could tell from the results he believes in a job well done and that he stands behind his work. We arranged for a key pick up and carpet cleaning while I was away. He spent a long time taking care of the details to assure the clean carpets lasted, and to assure I was pleased with the results. I highly recommend Neat Nix for carpet cleaning! They also use environmentally friendly products if you are interested.

I called Nick for an estimate when we received a brochure with a "good neighbor" discount, and we set a date and time. Nick was right on time, was very professional, and checked all the areas to be cleaned. We received a written estimate, via email, within an hour of his visit. We were more than happy with the price, so we set a date and time. He told us to move just the small items, and he and his wife, who is his assistant, would move all the heavy stuff. He said it would be a good idea to vacuum ahead of time. They arrived exactly on time and went right to work. They were very concerned about our old cat, checking to be sure she could go outside. We felt very comfortable leaving the house while they worked. When we returned they were gone. They had locked the house up, plus left a large fan to help speed the drying process. We were absolutely amazed to see all the very bad stains gone and the carpets looking better than ever. They put foam pads under the furniture to protect the carpet and the furniture. We've already recommended them to many friends and family. It's a pleasure to work with someone who is professional and trustworthy.
