Nick Kovac, owner, showed up on time and ready to go to work. He did an amazing job. I am thrilled with the results since our white carpets were pretty gross (thanks to two recently deceased old dogs, bless their hearts). Now we can entertain again. Thanks, Nick!

Professional and punctual service. Carpet looked very good as did the couch upholstery I had cleaned.

He was on time, professional, friendly, quick, and did an excellent job. He even got old silly putty out of the berber carpet in the great room! Will definitely use again.

Nick and his assistant called to let me know they were running about ten minutes. Less than ten minutes later they arrived. I appreciated that call. They cleaned several rooms of carpeting and two chairs in a professional manner. It all looked very good when completed and when it was dry it was even better. They were professional in manner. I will have them return the next time I have carpets needing to be cleaned. It is a good feeling to find someone you know you can trust to do a good job!

Nick was on time, got to work, and now that the carpet is dry it appears to be a good job. He was able to remove cat vomit stains from the rug. We have used Stanley Steamer in the past and his price was comparable and I think his work was better. The carpets dried faster than they have in the past, and look nice.

Nick replied promptly to my initial phone call and he was able to come out the day I requested in the following week. That day he called me to say he was running early and would that work for me, which it did. Nick is very friendly and professional. My carpet looks fabulous! He was very conscientious - especially concerned about my kitty possibly bolting for the open door. He put protectors on the corners so he wouldn't scuff the walls. He raked himself out so he wouldn't leave any footprints and he left me some booties so I could walk around while it was still damp. He moved several pieces of furniture and of course put them up on the little foam blocks. He also removed stains I didn't think would get removed, so I am genuinely happy about that! I would highly recommend Nick and will definitely call him in the future when my carpet needs to be cleaned again.

Nick and Mary Kay were great throughout--personable and professional. They were able to accommodate our schedule, they arrived on time, were thorough and efficient on the job, and left the furniture looking great. Highly recommended.

Nic and his son arrived on time and were very professional from the start. Before any work was done, Nic gave an estimate for the amount it would cost and the time it would take. Nic did a great job and was able to get out the stains that my dog created on several areas of the carpet. He also did a fantastic job in cleaning my sofa, chair, and ottoman. I had the 3 items previously cleaned from another carpet cleaning service and they didn't do a good job. In fact the other service left the original stains that I had hired them to clean. In contrast Nic left my sofa and chair looking like new and was able to take out the stains that the other service could not. I would definately use Neat Nix again and am recommending them to my friends.

Very good service from start to finish! Nick himself answered when I called, got the service set up with no hassles. Showed up right on time for the appointment and after looking the carpets over told me exactly what it would cost (no upselling and less than I'd thought) and what to expect from the results given some old pet-stain problems on older carpet. Got right to work, no problems about moving furniture (I've had cleaners before who either wouldn't do it or would upsell it as 'extra service') and finished up and cleaned up very quickly. Carpets look great, and the service was first rate; very professional and personable. Absolutely would--and will--use them again, no question!

There was a mildew smell coming from a part of my wool berber carpet that had no identifiable cause. Nick was able to accomodate me and come on a Saturday, which was very helpful. He and his son put the furniture up on floor protectors and vacuumed and steam cleaned my carpet. It took less than one hour, and it looks and smells great. He gave me a 20% angieslist discount. I was pleased and would use him again for all the reasons above and he uses a green way to clean without harsh chemicals.

Everything was great. Nick responded promptly to my initial call. He came out the same day to give me an estimate. Scheduled our service for the next week. He showed up on time and completed the work within 2 hrs. He was very thorough and the carpets and upholstery look great- all the stains were removed except a gatorade stain which he told me before would probably not come out. In all I am very satisfied with the work and found Nick to be pleasant and professional. I will definitely use his services again.

Nick cleaned carpet and got a better result on my old, pet-stained carpet than "dry" methods had. He was quick, showed up on time, and set corner protectors to protect molding from the cleaning hoses.

Nick was early and completed the job in the time he estimated. Since it had been over 4 years since the carpet had been cleaned, there were stains and embedded dirt. The result was excellent-like new. Likewise the sofa brought back to new.

It was a good experience. Nick and his assistant were punctual and very professional. Nick gave us a quote before he started. They worked quickly and were done in 3 hours. The carpets are great. The sofas are great, except for a few pet stain spots that are reappearing as the sofas are drying (although much less noticeable than before). I can't say that this is because of Nick. The stains had been there for at least a few years. They might have been so old that they were not able to be totally removed. Overall, I am very pleased.

It was a good experience. Neat Nix was able to come the next day after we called; on arriving they gave us a firm estimate (that they met) and quickly began work, finishing within 3-4 hrs. Nick & his assistant were very nice, very professional & very accomodating. After they left, I noticed several things that should have been moved & cleaned under (office chair mat, rolling file cabinet, & a speaker), but otherwise everything was done very well (and I'm sure that if I'd pointed those things out at the time, they would have been taken care of cheerfully).

Very professional. Work was performed by owner of company, plus an assistant. Arrived about 15 minutes early. Gave me an estimate and got right to work. Finished in slightly less time than estimated. Had to move some furniture and an area rug which they put back perfectly. White couch looked like new. Absolutely no complaints!

Nick called saying they were running a little early and asked permission to come over a little ahead of schedule which worked great for us. Nick and his assistant were very cordial and professional and did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpets - including doing each stair by hand. The carpets look new again. Great job! I would definitely use this company again and can heartily recommend them to others. The Angie's list discount was also a great perk.

Nick was friendly, efficient, and charged less than he had quoted me. The only small problem was that about an hour after they left I noticed a spot on the carpet that they hadn't removed. When I called Nick, he said he couldn't come back the next day (Friday), but could on Monday. He did come back then and quickly took care of the spot, but it was inconvenient to have wait three days for him to come back for that small detail.

Nick answered his phone right away every time we called. There was no need to wait for him to call back which is rare with most companies but very convenient. He was out right away to give us a bid. It only took him a short time in our home to give us a bid and immediatly sent it to our email. He was not pushy, super friendly, very courteous and professional. He did not nickel and dime us for every little thing we asked like most companies do. Most importantly he and his assistant did fabulous work and our carpets look and feel great. I would reccomend him above anyone else.

When I called Nick, I reached him right away and made the appointment for the area rug cleaning. I called on a Thursday and the appointment was for the following Monday. On Monday, Nick was running late and called about 1.5 hours prior to my scheduled appointment to let me know and tell me when he thought he'd arrive (about 45 minutes late). Nick arrived right on time from his estimate. Nick and his assistant are well dressed, polite, and very professional. The area rugs were cleaned within 30 minutes. Nick and his assistant moved my furniture to clean under it and then put it on blocks to dry. We hung the two hallway runner rugs outside on my patio to dry faster. The price was very fair, service fabulous, and quality impeccable. I would definitely recommend Neat Nix Carpet Care and will use them again and again.

Over two days, they came to our house and cleaned the area and wall-to-wall carpets. They also cleaned multiple chairs and couches that are favorites of our dogs and have become filled with dog hair and stains. They did a fantastic job. We added extra furniture on as they were working because we saw such great results.

Wonderful experience. Nick and his son were on time, professional, thorough, and friendly. He took great care to do a good job, and explained that the worn areas of our dining room carpet were probably not going to 'stay' clean. I understood that, but appreciated his attention to detail and good communication skills. I'd recommend Neat Nix to friends and family.

I found Neatnix on Angies List and called for an estimate. Nick, the owner, came out the next day to look at what I wanted done to write up an estimate, which he emailed to me. He assured me that there would be no changes or surprises unless I asked for more (or less) to be done, such as the number of rooms or how much furniture to move. I was able to make the appointment with fairly short advance notice. I was unsure about exactly what I wanted to clean, and he was flexible about me making a decision, getting back to me about how specific changes would affect the total cost estimate, and said if necessary I could wait until when he showed up for the cleaning to make my final decision. He arrived on time with one helper. They seemed fast and efficient and there was minimal hassle to us. Nick was friendly and happy to answer question we had. He left us with instructions about how best to take care of the carpet while it was drying and after it was dry, and what to do to speed up the drying process. We were told it would be dry in a few hours. The upstairs was completely dry by evening. The finished basement was still noticeably damp, though it was dry by morning. They were even more thorough about cleaning under and around furniture than I had expected based on our conversations. The once matted and stained carpet looks very clean and nice. Nick also offered good incentives for making us into repeat customers. We will use Neatnix again.

Very responsive with initial phone call. 100% on time for a 9:30am appointment. Quick and professional evaluation with price quote given up front (which was quite reasonable). Thorough cleaning, including closets. This was a maintenance cleaning (in a 2 dog household) as opposed to working on deep stains, but they did a lovely job and the carpets look, smell and feel clean and fresh.

The rugs came out great after cleaning, although they took a couple days to completely dry out.
