Description of Work: They cleaned my upstairs bedrooms, hallway and stairs. They did not reach out very quickly to schedule but I understand it was due to a pressing family matter, they called to state they would be 15-30 minutes later to the schedule time which was helpful. They were tidy and congenial but the suction hurt my carpet in 3 areas and I discovered it after it was dry when I could go upstairs after the service was provided so that was a bit of a bummer. The coupon did not make mention of an additional cost for the stairs as other competitor businesses did in their ads which is one of the reasons I went with them but it was fine to pay the extra $15 dollars. All in all it was a lackluster experience and I will likely look for another company to exceed my expectations.

Description of Work: 2 bedroom apartment that was vacant and carpet needed help. After the work, the carpet looked 100% better. There was one stubborn ink stain that remained but that would have been beyond the call of duty. In summary, very happy with the work that was done.

Description of Work: Nick was great. I called a week or so ahead of time and scheduled a carpet cleaning for Wednesday 6/20 at 9am. I had taken the day off work and had several appts scheduled in the afternoon. Nick & Gary showed up about 8:55am and came inside and looked at the carpet. Nick and I walked through my condo as Gary was setting up. Nick gave me a very fair price and got to work. They finished about 11am or so and gave me tips to improve the life of my carpet. I opened all the windows and left. I came home after 8pm and all the most of the carpets were dry and looked great! Thank you, Nick! I have already recommended you to several of my friends. Michelle

Description of Work: The following areas were cleaned: family room, three bedrooms, stairs and landings. Furniture was moved and the carpet was thoroughly cleaned. The best carpet cleaning job I have had since I've been having my carpets cleaned. The cost was reasonable, the service was excellent. I will use Neat Nix until I am able to afford hardwood floors. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Nick and his assistant cleaned the tile and grout in both of my bathrooms and did a terrific job. I had cleaned the grout twice myself and couldn't remove the stains. They were able to remove them. He was prompt and very efficient
