Molly Maid was able to fit us in with short notice when our regular cleaner could not. We would have been better off waiting to put our house up for sale, and waiting for our regular cleaner. I told the person on the phone the house was vacant and would be listed for sale in a couple days, so it needed a good cleaning. Unfortunately, there was little attention to detail. Woodwork was not wiped down, there were fingerprints on walls and woodwork, scuffs on doors, blinds were not dusted, drawers not wiped out, cabinets not wiped on the exterior, etc. The stovetop was not all the way clean, bathtub, sinks and showers were wiped out but not clean. We live out of state now and told them we were not there to turn the self clean oven on. They said they would take care of the oven. We found out they sprayed cleaner that went in between the oven door glass, so we now have to hire someone to take apart the oven door to get that clean. I emailed them about our concerns, they did not reply for 2 days. When they replied, they said they have a 24 hour satisfaction policy, so they would have to charge to return. I emailed again to ask them to at least fix the oven door as there is now drips of cleaner in between the glass that can be seen from the outside. They did not reply. We would not recommend them.

Overall I've been very happy with their service. They are extremely reliable in terms of showing up on the day they say they will, even when we've had snow, they find a way. They do have turnover, so sometimes the quality of the clean varies a bit, but in general it has been very good.

I would tell others to absolutely don't use them. I would never recommend them. They used one clothe to wipe down all the walls. They used the same clothe to go over my drapes, and it was absolutely filthy. They never finished wiping off the floors. They were still messy. They were not careful. They broke a vase and dropped a slide-through cabinet and mirror that fell on some newly finished floors. It was an absolute disaster. I was so upset that I just went downstairs and stayed away. I had to get out. They were extremely nice and their personalities were very, very nice. But I've never seen quite a cleaning job, and I've had quite a number of jobs done. We didn't know how to price them and they were extremely high. It turned out to be $78.00 an hour for two people.
