My old heat pump system died and I needed a new system fast. I called Miller’s Heating on Tuesday after the flubbed service call by the local Trane dealer. Miller’s Heating had their comfort advisor out the next day. They not only provided me a price on a new system, they also provided me a price on repairing my 12 year old system. I elected to get a new Lennox system and signed the contract on the spot. They had an opening in their installation schedule for the next day which I was very glad to get since my system was completely down. The next morning the installation team showed up right on schedule. They laid down protective drop cloths to protect my carpet, removed the old system and installed the new one. They showed me how to operate and program my system and even hosed down my outside patio to clean up the muddy footprint from installing my outside unit. My experience was fantastic. They did excellent work and I highly recommend them if you are needing a new heat pump system.

RYAN (the service person) was very friendly and professional. Answered all my dumb questions. Did his work in a timely fashion, but was not rude and in a large rush to get out of here.

Miller's One Hour Heating & AC are the best. Another company told me that I needed a new system and Miller's confirmed there were no issues and fixed my problem for pennies! I highly rate these guys as the best. Customer service is second to none. They were on time and fixed the problem quickly. They also gave me some pointers on how to improve the efficieny of my system. I highly recommend these guys and will continue to use them for years to come.

They were wonderful, the estimate and warranties and financing were clear and in writing. I've had the product for a year now and it hasn't had a problem. When they put the project in, it was done in one day and I could hardly tell they had been in the house.

Wonderful!!! For the first time since we moved into this house 8 months ago we have a reliable gas heater. Four other repair companies failed to find the intermitant problem but the Miller's tech nailed the problem and fixed the gas heater plus hooked us up with a back up heating system using our existing heat pump air conditioner. The service was very professional, on time, very tidy and there were no surprises in the billing amount. I could not be happier. I only wish I had known about Service Magic and had called Miller's first.

Great prices, Good tips on maintaining furnace, Knowledgable- The tech opened the furnace and noticed a incorrect insulation from another cmpany in 30 seconds, Then showed me the chart of correct insulation & fixed it in minutes. I am in real estate and deal with ten Heating issues a year and this is my new Heating and cooling company. I have already reffered them to another client.
