What a wonderful company!!! From the time James Bizzell came out to give me an estimate, to the finish of the installation, there were absolutely no problems, Matt, Chris and Oleg were a joy to work with. As far as getting estimates, the other companies who came out spent no more than 15 minutes, looking only at the current AC, the breaker box and the furnace. James spent over an hour, measuring every door and window, checking the insulation in the walls and floor, even going into the attic. This way he could recommend the correct AC unit for my home. No one else did this. I can't say enough good things about Miller's and I would highly recommend them to all!!!!

Installed a 4-zone mini split system in less than 2 days. Very reasonable price according to a family member in the industry. About 20% less expensive than their competition.

The contractors were very professional, polite, and listened to my wife as she changed her mind on the placement of the AC unit due to its size and location. They also cleaned up after themselves.

got new system installed then discovered duct work might be an issue but the man they sent was too large to check so waited a week to find out what else might need to her done. feel they could have prevented this by inspecting before job.

I left the home when they worked and they were professional workers.

When James came out to give me a bid I found that I had already met him at my old house where he had come out to fix a problem I had. He is one of the techs and knew his product very well from an install and maintenance stand point. He was able to figure out what I wanted when I wasn't sure myself and gave me a great bid on a system that is expandable for an additional unit in my garage I plan to turn into a living space. The other companies that came out to give bids were salespeople with out a thorough understanding of their product and their bids were thousands above what Miller offered on a product that I would not have been happy with. All being said, for any HVAC work in the future I will be going to Miller's Heating and air first and very possibly exclusively.
