Description of Work: Replaced the infrared sensor on the double door with new one and lubricated the door opener. Seems to have fixed problem we were having with door not closing properly. Asked that the technician to look at the single garage door with broken chain to see if he could fix. He told my wife that the opener was so old they couldn't get parts for it. Not clear about why chain could not be fixed. Technician only on site for a little over 20 minutes. We felt the charges were a little steep for the work accomplished and the lack of effort on the single door chain problem.
