We liked everything about them; they were really good. They were not the cheapest.

They were timely and very professional in coming out and giving the estimate. It was for about $9000. They gave me different options. They seemed to be great people. They were very informed and seemed to know what they were doing. They kept me in the loop and let me know exactly what was happening.

It went excellently. I have used them in the past and I have never had a bad experience. They are great at what they do. I have used them for about 15 years and there is no need to go anywhere else. They have maintained gas air handlers propane fired heat pumps to regular heat pumps.

They were great. We do a lot of research before we pick somebody to do work for us.

The installation was done on time and professionally. The entire job was done start to finish with no problems. Electrical, indoor and outside heat pump work were done seamlessly. I had wall heaters before and now the whole house is one consistant temperature. When summer gets here, i know I will enjoy the A/C also. I recommend Metfab Heating without hesitation.

With Metfab Heating, everything was fine. They gave me a quote and they told me what they would need. They installed the system in two days and cleaned up all the mess. They covered up all the earlier duct holes and took out all the old duct work. With the ductless system, each room has its own air conditioning unit that is mounted up on the wall and they have two pumps outside the house. You don’t lose the heat or cool through the ducts and there is no mold and dust accumulating in the dust either. Every room has its own setting, so if it gets too humid, you can dry the air. You can even turn it off, when not in use. With this system, my heating and cooling bills have dropped by 25%-30%. At the time when I was getting the ductless heating system installed by Metfab, they were the only ones doing it. So, I couldn’t compare their price with any other company. The equipment was very reasonable. Since there was a lot of remodeling done, the labor charges were high. I am very happy with Metfab.

We can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to do business with them. The City inspector even gave the company kudos for reliability and the assurance that their jobs are completed in an A-one manner. And we LOVE our new heat pump and furnace!!!!!

Excellent! We've worked with them for years. They were always so good about keeping our old system working well in its declining years. When it finally gave up (it was 25+ years old), they responded quickly and efficiently with a replacement.

METFAB INSTALLED AND SERVICES OUR HEAT PUMP. WE HAVE BEEN PRETTY HAPPY WITH THE HEAT PUMP, BUT HAVE BEEN SURPRISED AT THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE SPEND EVERY YEAR ON GENERAL MAINTENANCE JUST TO KEEP IT RUNNING. THE DUCT CLEANING WAS DEFINITELY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WE WERE EXPECTING IT TO BE, BUT WE NOTICED A BIG DIFFERENCE IN HOW IT PERFORMED AFTER IT WAS DONE.

THEY ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME GIVEN, WERE COURTEOUS, AND WORKED EFFICIENTLY PERFORMING THE MAINTENANCE CHECK UP ON OUR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS. THEY ALSO HAVE US ON AN ANNUAL REMINDER MAILING FOR A SERVICE CHECK-UP.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH METFAB WAS EXCELLENT. WE CALLED TO GET A QUOTE, WE HAD SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AT OUR HOME IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. WE THEN AGREED TO THEIR SERVICES, AND WITHIN A WEEK, HAD THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT INSTALLED IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY. ALL WORK SEEMS TO BE FINE. THE UNIT IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL AND THE TECHNICIANS WHO INSTALLED THE UNIT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

METFAB WAS ON TIME AND DID A THOROUGH JOB OF THE EVALUATION. THEY IDENTIFIED THE LEAK AND PROVIDED KNOWLEDGE ON OUR SYSTEM AS WELL. THE EMPLOYEE HAD BEEN THERE 18 YEARS AND HAD INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE.

METFAB CONSISTENTLY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WHEN PROMISED. THEY GAVE A QUOTE OF $800 TO FIX THE NON-WORKING AIR CONDITIONER AND THEN COMPLETED THE JOB FOR $607. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT.
