Description of Work: They took out an old 10'x10' concrete slab. (12" thick in some places)and replaced it with a new 10'x25' patio slab. excellent work. They were very careful to maintain proper drainage and cleaned up all debris and waste material. Quick and efficient and the had the best price of the three contractors that I got estimates from..

Description of Work: They added and replaced sidewalk. Also they built handicap ramp and parking pad. They did excellent work. I stretched them to installed handrail for handicap ramp. They did good job accommodating us. Very easy to work with them.

Description of Work: Just wanted to give Joel credit for giving us a good estimate. He came out on a Sunday (!), helped us figure out what we wanted done, made a good suggestion for a way to do the pour. Heckuva nice guy, Was really tough decision.

+ -1 moreJoel met with me and gave me a quote based on a job-site inspection. He kept in contact with me and we setup a schedule that worked for both of us and he kept the schedule. We had a window of time where the weather would allow him to pour the concrete and Joel even worked over the thanksgiving holiday to make sure we could pour the following week. His crew worked in the cold rain to make sure everything was ready once the weather cooperated. The front entry patio turned out great and made a huge difference to the look of the house. I will use Kailua Concrete again when ever I have a concrete job and will enthusiastically recommend Joel to anyone who is looking for a concrete contractor.
Description of Work: Joel poured an exposed aggregate front entry that was 12' x 18', with steps on all three sides.

+ 0 moreJoey and his crew did a fabulous job removing an old patio pad, clearing out debris, hauling it away, and then pouring a new, very decorative acid washed patio. They also cleared out the space along the side of the house and pour a concrete slab. Both times they were quick. They were very considerate to remember to close the gate so the dogs would not get out. They did a great job of cleaning up once they were done. In addition, they built some steps up to a second level in the back yard that had not been completed by a landscaping engagement.

+ 1 moreThe finished product is amazing, and the process was made so easy by the hard work of Joey and his crew. Joey explained the entire project and worked though all the stamp patterns to help us decide what would match our house and yard the best. Joey and his crew work hard to get the project done quickly and efficiently. The worksite was kept clean and organized everyday. The communication from Joey was amazing. He checked with us each step of the way to make sure we were happy how everything was progressing. The most impressive thing about Joey was he didn't just finish the job and walk away.....he took the extra time to come by and verify that everything was perfect for us, fixed our gates so they worked better with the new patio, and cleaned up everything around the project so things were left better then when they started. Amazing job, amazing people!!! We have already had Joey back to add concrete path in the front of the house.
Description of Work: We had a stamped concrete patio 47'X27' with a 75' stamped pathway to the front of the house. This included demolition of former patio and dirt/rock removal.
