I noticed couple of issues and reported to Roger. He was very responsive, and came twice to take care of those issues.

I only had the gutters and downspouts cleaned. I haven't set up cleaning and maid service yet.

They did a great job. The only thing I questioned was the flushing of downspouts that was on job. I asked the worker and he said they were running fine with no need to flush. Maybe with the amount of rain we had they got flushed by Mother Nature.

I had an immediate response to my request. They bid the job that day and were cleaning windows the next day! The service was prompt, efficient; wearing shoe covers on the inside of the house. It was a big job and they young man worked hard all day. He did not clean the window seals, around the windows, just the glass and screens. I was a little disappointed in that, but the window glass and screens were perfect! No streaks.

Quick & Excellent Work

I've never had my windows professionally cleaned, so maybe I expected too much. There were small details that I expected a professional company would not miss, such as the outside edges/corners and wiping down the interior sills. For the cost, I almost felt as though I could have hired a teenager, and then run around behind them, pointing out all the obvious spots they missed and having them go over each window. The employee was courteous, and offered to come back, if he missed anything, but I'd rather he just clean the windows properly the first time, and not need me to point out obvious issues.

Communication with Roger was excellent prior to job. The man doing the work was not usually a gutter/roof cleaner but did the job. Moss treatment was applied as well. He told my husband about a hole in the roof from a branch hitting it, which we repaired. We appreciated that. He was very polite. The debris was picked up soon after the job was completed. The price was fair and work is guaranteed.
