Fish Window Cleaning #634

Poor workmanship, my siding wasnâ t actually scrubbed clean, they left mudprints all over my recently cleaned front pitch, broke a camera housing off my home and left it shattered on my front porch, did not return my emails or phone messages, and put lien on my house less than 30 days after service. The owner, Roger, said his best worker, Anthony, â cleanedâ my house and that he put a lien on my home because we were selling soon. DO NOT RECOMMEND (wish I could submit photos)

Roger the owner came out and looked at all of our windows and gave us a bid. Anthony came out to do the cleaning. We let him know that we needed to leave the house at a certain time. He got the inside done and as I was leaving the house he asked for payment before starting the outside. I called and made the payment in full. Upon returning home we noticed the backside windows and sliding doors had not been cleaned. We called the company and they sent a different guy who looked at the windows and informed us that although the tracks should have been cleaned better the removal of hard water spots are not included. We asked him what was the point of having an estimate done in person if they are not knowledgeable enough about window cleaning to recognize hard water. He was very short with us. He said it would be an additional cost to have that service done. We do not recommend this company.

We have used Fish several times for our residential window cleaning and have recommended them to friends.

They came out quickly and gave me an estimate and were able to get the work done soon. And cleaned up after cleaning out the gutters so I didn't have a mess in the yard! Will use them again

I hired them to wash my 12 windows, inside and out, clean screens, and window gutters. First of all, they did not return two phone calls after my calling to ask for an estimate appt. They finally came for the estimate, when I pointed out an especially dirty window and was told "no problem". I should have stopped then, but did go ahead and scheduled the cleaning. which I had to later reschedule. They finally came on the date scheduled and were finished in less than an hour. The problem window still had many streaks and hard water spots. They said it required special chemicals which hadn't been ordered (but which had never been mentioned), yet they still charged the same amount. They were also argumentative and tracked dirt onto my newly cleaned carpet. Will never use their services again and do not recommend them.

Anthony was just here to wash my windows. He was prompt, professional and efficient. Very reasonably priced. I’ll have them come every year.

Owner Roger Stanfill was prompt, courteous and friendly every step of the way. He responded to my Home Advisor inquiry the same day, came out to give me a bid the very next day and was super accommodating when it came to scheduling the window cleaning appointment around my availability. On appointment day, Jeffery called to tell me he was on his way and arrived promptly as scheduled. He cleaned the windows inside and out (tracks too), took the screens off and cleaned them, as well as two skylights. He was very careful not to drip on the hardwood floors, wore shoe covers in the house and the windows were perfect when he was finished. Fish Window Cleaning will be my go-to service in the future!

Good value and professional

My windows look great! They were prompt with an estimate, very reasonably priced, got the job done within a week of my request, and extremely friendly. I was able to pay online as they did the job while I was out of town. My only regret is having only the outsides done - next time I will have the insides cleaned too as I can’t get all the streaks off when I clean!!

They charged me less then quoted because not all my gutters were full. What a nice surprise of integrity!

Not the lowest cost but highly professional, and excellent work. The only negative was I had to wait almost a month because they were so booked up.

Anthony did a good job in the cleaning my gutters. This is the first time I have used FISH and will be using them again. When Anthony was done, he made sure that everywhere around the house was picked up and clean. He was a pleasant, professional young man. Price was very reasonable.

First time I have hired my windows to be cleaned. Job was done superbly. Windows sparkle and Anthony was very professional. I will definitely hire Fish again.
