I was given an excellent presentation and will have the siding work done in January. Lauren Wesockes spent a long time inspecting my house and patiently educating me regarding siding in general and options I would have. I will update when the job is done next January. I highly recommend investigating this company if you are looking to get siding for your home. The interview was thorough, professional and personable.

I was very impressed with Lauren W. and Tim P.'s professionalism! They made sure I Thoroughly understood every step of the process, including showing me all my options and different products that would help protect my house. There was zero pressure, as we just talked about what option would work best, and then I was really impressed with their financing as they were able to work with my budget and make it affordable. Thank you! I look forward to my beautiful new siding project.

We had sales rep, Shane Hurley, come out to go over a remodel of our shower/bath. He came very prepared with this whole bag of tiles that showed the different finishes, and even a mini tub made out of the stuff they use to make their tubs to show how strong it is, and how its built for durability. He used a computer program to show us exactly what our shower/tub would look like once finished, that way we got a full 'view' of what style we wanted. We were very pleased with how prepared he was to go over all the options with us, making sure we knew exactly what we wanted.

I was just getting home from work yesterday(Friday. June 22, 2018) when a young man knocked on my door, they were looking for people in our area who were looking to replace siding and windows, It was a typical day here in the gorge so it was rather windy. he(Ralph) set up an appointment with us for today (Saturday June 23, 2018) with Alex from Vancouver. I could not commit to anything just yet but he brought all of his material in to show me and did an estimate on how much it would cost to replace all 17 windows and new siding for my house. Alex was not pushy, he didn't make me feel like I had to commit to anything. The products he showed us would truly improve our home a lot and because there is so much insulation involved with the siding it would cut down on our heating/cooling bills and the windows were perfect, they would also help with the heating/cooling. I did not feel the price was too high I feel it is reasonable. 1700 sq. ft. home and 17 different windows. He pulled out all of his samples to show us, I was completely impressed with his knowledge of the products he was selling, from the amount of gas between the window glass because we are looking at triple pane windows, to the vinyl siding with all of the insulation in it. This young man knows what he is selling, and he understands the warranty's that come with the products. Alex was kind even after he knew we could not commit to anything today.

Brandon Paul and John Benthin came out to my house gave me a bid on roofing project. They were very professional and also very informative. They didn’t pressure me into the project as timing wasn’t right for me to tackle on this roofing project. Few weeks later Jay Lee and John Benthin came back out to give me a bid on bath project. After the appointment my expectations are even higher when it comes to dealing with contractors. In addition, I appreciated their candidness, thorough assessment and evaluation, and their emphasis on quality workmanship versus sales. I will give this very serious consideration. I had the privilege of working with RJ and Jay from DaBella Exteriors Vancouver, WA. When they came for their initial appointment to talk about our roof, it was like we were sitting down with old friends. These guys were such a joy to have in our house. The appointment lasted about 4 hours. We had lots of questions. They were very patient and answered all our questions fully!! Our roof for our house that was built in 1900 was in super bad shape! The person who installed the current roof did not install any kind of venting. It made the current roof last less than 20 years. We knew there was rot/mold in the attic. Jay got up on a ladder and climbed into the attic access to check it out. There were many things that he learned that confirmed our concerns. He had tools to measure humidity, it was bad. Bottom line is that these gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and an incredible pleasure to work with. They built a great relationship with my wife and I. I did my research and found that this company was #7 on Portland's list of the top 50 roofing contractors. I also had a chance to talk to some roofing friends who also gave high praises for DaBella Exteriors. RJ and Jay met with us a second time to secure the deposit to then get the project in motion. I expected a 3 to 5 week wait for the project to start. Within a week I got a call to schedule the roof replacement for the very next week. The roofing crew showed up on time on the initial project start date and started quickly doing what they needed to do. The roof is 10/12 pitch so there was no way I was going up there! These guys got to it!! They were VERY courteous and answered all my questions. They also helped me with tying in the upstairs bathroom exhaust fan venting (the previous exhaust we found just went into the insulation). They are almost done and the roof is looking great!! Our experience working with Dabella Exteriors has been incredible! I highly recommend!!

Brandon and John explained everything clearly and were friendly and professional. There was a change in the first date but everything went well. I was not able to get the Dish removed before they came tho. The crew was on time, supplies did not arrive on time from their suppliers so they had to quit early one day. No fault of theirs. The crew was on time and finished in a timely manner. Clean up of nails and large staples could have been better. The roof looks nice and should last many years.

Jay and Lauren did a great job in helping me pick the appropriate products that would not only fit my house but also my budget. The work was done swiftly and correctly. Each of the contractors were on time and kept to their goal schedules.

DaBella representatives came out to perform an estimate on my aging roof. they were professional and curious.

Actually the work has not started yet. This will be my second job done by DaBella Exteriors. Prior was roof. My sales representative for bathroom /shower was Dave Gonyea who came in to give me an estimate. Dave was on time and very informative and gave suggestions I hadn't considered before and he knew his product well. He and I got along very well . I received a added discount for being a return DaBella customer. I am confident if I have any issues he will resolve them pronto.

John benthin came out to my house for a roof estimate. He was very professional and detailed on the work to be done. He went in the attic and found several leaks and told me about the sheeting that needed to be replaced. The work is set to be done in March, and am very excited to see the final product.

The Sales Rep that came out to our home, Shane Hurley, he listened to what it was that we wanted and did a great job of informing us of the various types of windows available. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and he explained the process of how things will work for our window installation. Thank you Shane for all your help.

I needed a roof estimate and Reve Exteriors were the only ones that came out to actually Look at my roof outside and inside. They took photos which showed that I would need a new roof sooner than I anticipated. They sat down and went over their product line quite thoroughly. They asked questions to keep me in the conversation. They brought in some samples as well, and it was nice to actually see or feel what they were talking about. Overall I liked the whole product line and felt it was the best way for me to proceed. I have friends who work with OSB and I know the prices on the OSB, which Reve's is a little high on. I also did talk to others with much larger homes whose roof cost about the same as what I'm going to pay but I understand I have a lot more to remove and more to install. The guys who came over did an excellent job at presentation, attire was professional, they did measurements and inspection. They went the extra mile to get me a good deal so that I could literally have a reliable roof over my head and not worry or stress about the overall cost as I am financing. It went very smoothly. It took a few weeks to get the job scheduled, which is normal. I was given Arron and Bill as my installers. They came promptly at 8:30 AM for 3 days and left about 4 or 5 pm. Hard-working, consistent, good attitude guys. They had a very long drive to home and here and they did it without a complaint. Everything about my experience in getting new windows was great from start to finish. I would highly recommend Reve Exteriors, their products and their people. Truly a great experience. And they're beautiful!

Jay and Colin were down to earth and very informative when replacing my roof, and even brought me coffee! I totally recommend Reve, which is why they will be replacing my two showers/tubs this March.

Jay Lee and his partner showed up on time and very professional. They walked through the whole outside house to evaluate the condition of the windows. They gave us honest and up front advice. We’ll definitely hire them to work on my house.

I wanted to add to my review of Reve Exteriors, that ever since they put the new roof on my house, there is now an opening somewhere up there in which different creatures are now getting in and running around in my attic, chewing on my beams, and causing me no end of annoyance. I have had to get my husband, and the pest guy up there to find the opening, which they can't locate, and have had to set all kinds of traps because different creatures keep getting in. I never had any problems with anything in my attic with my old roof. Because the Customer Service Representative for this company was so horribly abusive to me in my front yard, causing me to be severely traumatized, and doing this all in front of one of the workers, there is no way I would ever consider contacting Reve Exteriors to fix this truly upsetting problem.
