DaBella - Vancouver

The sales pitch was amazing and we had high expectations after the 2 hours spent with them. We didn’t feel the job matched the sales pitch. It’s alright but we expected so much more. We now have a creaky tub/shower that we’ve been told “that’s just the way it is”. The tub also has leaked from above into our garage. Called on Dec 31st. Voicemail is very generic so we are unsure if they were open or not, waited through the weekend and all day Monday. Still no call. We expected so much more. Craftsmanship just doesn’t match what they are selling. It’s too bad because our installer was very nice. Overall we wish we would have chosen someone else. A lot of money spent to not be real happy.

We had Charles come out and give us a quote to replace some windows. The pricing was to high for our budget but he was nice and professional and really took the time to show us all of our options. Would love to mov forward with DaBella at a later date.

They did an overall good job but a few things they could improve upon. They could do better cleaning up after themselves daily. Once I mentioned it to them , they did better. They also made a mistake and skipped a row of shingles. I thought they would go back and have to redo the whole side. They patched it instead and stuck an extra row in. I asked them to make it sure it was all ok and that their would be no leaks. I would give Peter who is over the whole project a 5 star. I would give the roofers a 3 star.

Peter is an exceptional sales rep . He is very knowledgeable and knows his way around the field.

We have had an excellent experience with Dabella. Shane and Eric are professionals who know their products and I would recommend them to anyone that needs new siding. Thanks again Dabella!

I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the two gentlemen that came out to assess our roof tonight. Jared & Matthew were professional, educational and took all the time I needed to answer the questions I had. If I go with this bid, it will be because of these two (especially Jared) -- they truly represent their company in a way that would make a business owner proud.

When Alex R. showed up his was very pleasant, had a very good appearance for the company. showed me all the pictures and videos that he had taken. I was very impressed with how easy it was talking with him and he was not bushy. I hope the very best for him, even though I decided not to do anything right now. Gail Bayne

We signed a 12,000.0 dollar contract in September for a remodel of our shower. The job as supposed to be completed in the first 10 days of October. Didn't happen, installer was injured so have to call in another one from another area. So now it is the end of October and after several phone calls with slow/no return calls we have the installers show up. Can not complete job because one part is missing and two parts are the wrong size. But shower is at least useable. Was told we will look for the proper parts and get them installed asap, may take a month if we need to be ordered form manufacturer. Will install missing part when replacement parts are installed. Month goes by, more phone calls and phone tag. Thursday, Dec 17th told by someone in Cust. Service that Installer would be by on the weekend. Saturday or Sunday. Made phone call on Monday, left name and number requesting info, now Tuesday, still waiting. I am about 48 hours from calling my lawyer to seek legal remedy. The product is nice if you can get all of it but service needs a lot of work. Three months is definitely NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Dominic Pinzone came out to do the bid. He was honest and up front every step of the way. Only went over the things I said I wanted done and never tried to hard sell or suggest more expensive products. Only showed me available options and went with what I decided, with no prodding for more.

Our roof has not been installed yet, we have paid a small deposit. Scheduled for Jan 2021 if supplies arrive sooner it will be done sooner, due to Covid deliveries have been slower. We had our free consultation with Jared L. He was knowledgeable, friendly, answered all our questions and more. My husband and I had no intentions of even purchasing on that day but Jared and the DaBella company had us at 50 year warranty.

The work has not yet been completed - I am currently awaiting materials. However, I would like to speak about the sales and setup portion of the process. I am always a little skeptical of unsolicited sales calls, however, the initial outreach person, and my consultant, Peter, were both cordial, professional and highly responsive to my needs and concerns. They were both patient and understanding. Peter went above and beyond in my opinion to take the time to walk me through my current roof condition, industry standards, methods, options, warranties and pricing options, until I felt comfortable and found some options to suit me. Whenever I felt uncomfortable Peter asked me how he could help answer my questions better or alleviate my concerns and was very patient in taking several phone calls from me during the first few days. He made it very clear that he and DaBella were available at any time during the process. I cannot yet rate the quality of install as it is not scheduled yet, but after extensive research I believe the quality of the product and warranty offered will meet or exceed my expectations.

After doing my research online for roofing types and companies, I am very happy to have DaBella do our roof. We got the best products and the best warranty, in the industry for competitive price. Plus they will do their work anytime of the year. Check out their gutter system that is specifically designed for the west coast area. Plus they will do windows too! Thanks DaBella !

Dabella sent Dominic out to take a look at my bathroom, at first I thought I was going to get your typical salesman that pushes you into buying something. He treated me like a normal person and looked at all my needs and wants for the shower. He also didn’t force the top the line product, he showed me options that would fit my budget.

We purchased a house nearly a year ago knowing the windows would need to be replaced soon. Today a rep (Ray) came out to meet with us and give us a quote (at least that's what we thought would happen). Instead, Ray arrived at 10am and we spent the next nearly four hours together, learning about windows, what goes into making theirs, how the replacement process will work, and so much more. I knew nothing about hiring contractors or what it would cost to replace this many windows (I believe it's 21), and my husband and I felt like Ray was invested in our time teaching us how all of this works. Replacing this many windows, knowing that when they begin the work, whatever problems might arise they will take care of them at no additional cost. There was no high pressure sales. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions (and we felt like we had a lot). This is a huge investment for us to take on and we felt like we were being listened to and not pressured into making a decision today, though we did decide to get started on this project (only had to put down a small, comfortable deposit). Super thankful for his patience as he has spent nearly half a day with us.

Excellent JOB! Very efficient and extremely fast. Starting from Peters first visit - very professional, covered everything and efficient. It all started with Peter and his professionalism showing the company and products well while explaining everything and answering all questions. Not pushy at all. The roofing team was on time, always working, professional, efficient and fast. They got the job done and cleaned up after themselves along the way, every day. There was a color difference on the ridge cap which the installers knew, pulled off while they waited for the correct product and swiftly installed the correct colors. The Gutters install showed up on time and were very nice. Everything installed in the morning before noon the same day. Craig was fantastic. WE also had a patio attached to the roof that had to be taken off, roofed and then reattached which was taken care of by the installers as well. The entire process looked and felt like a well oiled machine with top customer service. Peter, George, and Craig were main points of contact. All staff were friendly, professional and communicative. Would recommend 100x over.

After a high-pressure and extremely invasive assault by the person that was supposed to be my go-to Dabella rep, following a canvasser offering a "free roof inspection, never heard from them again. The roofing is not right, with many shingles not flush with the others, sticking up from the surrounding shingles. In the garage, there is some material hanging from the ceiling that at first looked like electrical line, but is actually some type of material that may serve as some sort of base for the section that is not completely covered by plywood, where there is an intentional gap between them for ventilation purposes. It is incomplete about halfway across the garage. I can see where they tried to put a notch in a plywood piece to mitigate that, but it didn't work; the plywood, which I paid for, had been damaged in one corner. I am now trying to make good with the finance company they use; I was never notified of anything from 1st Security because Dabella gave them incorrect contact information, so eventually I got a call saying I was 17 days late. They also gave the warranty company the wrong info so I never got anything from them either. This has caused me a lot of extra work and headache, and has been a nightmare trying to deal with 1st Security; they have a terrible website and charge $10 to take a payment by phone. Don't let Dabella in your home, you can do better; they have a cult-like flavor, I don't trust them, and regret giving them the personal information that I did.

The representative did a thorough investigation and presented quality materials. I was only looking for a repair. After spending FAR TOO MUCH OF MY TIME. They stated they DO NOT DO REPAIR only full replacement and there roof replacement cost $19,000 for a 1000 sq foot home. That's twice what all the other quotes were. It waisted about 2 hours of my time.

I purchased 3 new windows in middle of 2019. I ordered Preservation Krypton filled 3 layers of tempered glass windows as the rep sold on its heat insulation capabilities. He pretended to call the office in front of me, and got 20% discount or so without me asking, just to give extra pressure. The day after purchase was made, I asked the sales rep for details and his tone flipped 180 degrees. He didn't want to come out to talk about it. When the product arrived, there were many discrepancies from my order. The windows were 2 layers instead of 3 and the glass were not tempered. I asked for discount, and Chris Rodarte, the GM, offered only $200 discount out of $8000 order. I wanted to talk to the owner, so he gave me number of production manager, knowing that he doesn't have negotiation power, hoping I'll just waste my time and finally pay up. The nice production manager actually talked to financial department and approved for $500 discount. But when Chris came back a second time, he refused to honor the $500 discount, and offered to 'bump up' to $300 instead. Finally I settled at $400 to cut the loss. I'm very sad at how the General Manager, Chris Rodarte was handling the transaction, nickle and dime to protect his commission even when the company clearly made mistakes. After signing the purchase document, customer service pretty much ended.

From the beginning, we trusted Dominic and his presentation of the James Hardie siding. We were very impressed with the fact that it was so durable and it could be painted in factory. Our siding was installed last week by Jeff and his crew out of Vancouver, WA. They were very pleasant to work with, were on time, and knew what they were doing. Our 1976 house looks beautiful now. We are awaiting the gutter install, so can't expand on that at this time. Overall, so far, very pleased with the professionalism of this company. Chris did a good job problem solving for us along the way.

Scott and Brian helped me with a broken shower door. I wasn’t expecting to buy a whole new shower, but when I saw the picture on the iPad, I loved everything about it. Scott has been really helpful, too. I’m hard to reach, and he always comes to the house to find me. We had a little problem with the down payment, but we got that fixed. I would recommend DaBella and Scott and Brian.

Our home is in need of new windows and siding. Dominic and Hayden came to our home and helped us out. They listen to what we wanted and was able to follow through with our window and siding needs and on the pricing as well. These two work well together and our experience did not feel drawn out or exhausting. Thank yo Dominic and Hayden for all you did for us.

Kaarin B. and Alex H. gave a great presentation. I’m excited about having the products installed in late July. They were professional and didn’t try to push more expensive products on me. I had explained when we started that I only had so much $$ to spend.
