We used Reve to replace a roof on our 1700 sf 1993 vintage 2 story in Feb 2017. Phil the sales guy did an excellent job pointing out the imminent water damage and was easy to work with regarding selection, etc. His follow thru and up was great. Good communicator. He didn't let multiple snowfalls deter him from personally working with us to move the job forward. The colors we picked out matched nicely with the existing siding. Reve got the installation accomplished within 2 weeks of signing the deal. Christian the foreman and his two installers worked diligently and professionally to quickly get the job done. Very good quality installation, regarding the tightness and alignment of the finish, and the smart vents. We had thought that a bit of repair would needed to be done but Christian figured out a low cost alternative. The guys did a good job cleaning up afterward. There was very minimal damage to the surrounding plants, which you've got to expect some damage with a major job like this. The black gutters nicely installed by Kyle look great.

Pretty good. The roof was completed by Old Experience Roofing (a subcontractor). They worked hard and got it finished quickly but left a big mess in my backyard. They were supposed to clean it up when they were done. They cleaned up the front yard but not the back. There customer service leaves something to be desired. I have copy and pasted the text conversation that I had with with the owner's wife because she called me to tell me I owed $800 for extra plywood. This is an example of their customer service. The message starts with me asking her how many pieces of plywood they put on my roof. I am the 253 area code. She is the 206 area code. How many pieces of plywood were replaced altogether? Our new roof is completed, Kyle B was the sales person who came to give us our bid and he was very nice and did a great job of explaining the product and showing us finance options. the final product looks AWESOME! I liked the work crew and they kept the job site clean and organized. Only mishap was some damage to the gate and they paid for a replacement part to repair it. Again, they did great work and Reve Exteriors has a happy customer!

I was impressed with the responsiveness of the company and the sincerity of the sales rep. Philip was gentle instead of abrasive, knowledgeable instead of arrogant, educating instead of insulting. That was the deal maker.

It went fantastic the representative who came to our home (Kyle B.) did an extensive inspection of our roof and attic, he ended up finding 20 sheets of plywood that had been dry rotted out which was kind of a shocker to us because the other 5 contractors who came out didn't even look in our attic or talk about updating our ventilation which is mainly what Kyle focused on. They were not the cheapest company we had out but we don't mind paying extra for some peace of mind, I would highly recommend REVE exteriors.

The sales representative Colin Preuss arrived earlier than scheduled. He was very thorough in his presentation and answered all our questions both honestly and professionally. He took several pictures of our roof to show us exactly what needed replaced any why. He presented us with several different options. The financing took over a week which was a little frustrating. As of know we are still waiting on a call to schedule a date to have the service completed. I plan on updating the review once the work has been completed.

Had the Reve Rep, Colin Preuss, up at our house yesterday. PROFESSIONAL, TO THE POINT, FAIR PRICE FOR NEW ROOF. SIGNED THE DEAL. WILL HAVE NEW TOP OF THE LINE ROOF WITHIN A MONTH. I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN THE "CHEAPEST DEAL". THIS IS MY HOUSE, I WANT THE BEST AND I GOT IT!

Well, after my check cleared the bank...The mexi sub contractor crew showed up and started tearing off my roof. They began to install broken and cracked shingles. I noted this as they tore half the roof off, then left, applied a giant blue tarp.....and were gone for two days. we had a giant wind storm, so I awoke to the slapping and ripping sounds of the tarp blowing around. I went on my roof and attempted to secure this tarp. That's when I saw that the product that was being installed on my 15k roof job was crap. Called the sales man.....yada yada yada, hey its all good!! You are covered!! My install took place on December of 2015, it is now August of 2016. GAF , "as per my contract" was to perform a 40 point inspection approximately 45 to 90 days after the install. That has never happened. It was all a load of crap, that my sales man told me to bait and switch. This is how difficult is to be a master elite installer of the GAF product. We have to have a five star rating or better to be qualified......OH MY GOD!!! That sales pitch was so unbelievable. Now that we are seeing the true colors of what REVE has to offer, and how minute and week of company they really are. No spine, no integrity, and absolutely no follow up after the sale. My 12 year old boy could have installed my roof better than the idiot sub contractor, " NOT REVE CERTFIED ELITE", An inferior, non English speaking, corner cutting, work crew!! I provided them my power to run the compressor, run there microwave to heat there TACO'S, and park the trash trailer five feet in front of my front door for three weeks. Well I was told three days. Nothing that I have paid for has been performed. There are new shingles and flashing on my roof. My roof does not vent now, and the hot days make my upstairs unbearable. Another lie!! I have made numerous calls, all ignored. Eight months later, after posting a comment on yelp, I received a call from damage control, but once again, no follow up. I would simply advise any one looking for roof repairs, or even a new install. Please, Please....let my mistake not become your misfortune. Accept a comparable bid from any other reputable company, and save yourself thousands of dollars, and a world of stress. REVE Exteriors does not bring home the dream!! Pretty good at clearing out your bank account....but it ends there!!

There were some bumps in the process getting the project started and going smoothly. Once those issues were resolved we have a beautiful new roofing project DONE! Thank you to Richard Macklin ( our sales consultant out of the Vancouver WA office) for your excellent customer service. I believe we now have one of the best roofing systems on the market today and well worth the time and money. LK Peters

Richard Macklin was the sales consultant from Reve Exteriors that met with us. He was most gracious, professional and definitely did not deliver a high pressure sales pitch. He answered all of questions, took plenty of time to explain the company, products and insurance available until we felt comfortable. I would give him a top rating as a person to work with. We have not had the roof replaced as of 8/24/16, therefore, this review is only on the sales consultant and his work with us.

Can't imagine a better roofing company to do business with. They were prompt in coming out and placing a bid. The GM himself personally greeted us and answered all our questions and concerns we had. They worked diligently to get us the best financing available. Very smooth process and couldn't have been any easier.

Richard Macklin (Sales Consultant) and Steve Elliott (Sales Representative) came to our house to inspect the roof. They thoroughly explained their service of Reve Exteriors, explained the process of roof building, and answered all questions we had. We were able to do payment plans, so we could get the work done now. They were very patient and understanding of our needs as clients. After it was set up to replace the roof, Richard Macklin was there all steps of the way to ensure the work was done in a proper time frame and to satisfaction. The process went rather quick. The roofers did an amazing job. The size of our roof was roughly 15k sq ft, and was completed in less than two days. Since the old roof was a double layer, it did cost a small amount more to recycle materials. The roof is now amazing, and will last a long time. We chose their Midnight Blush shingles, and were very happy, with the results!

My neighbor was having work done on a roof, and one of the guys from Reve approached me when he saw me outside. Ralph was pleasant and chatty, not solicitous. I'm a controller so the first thing I told him was not to try to sell me. I know I need work done, and I don't need the speil - I just want a real bid. The timing was great because I need A LOT of exterior work done, and ideally I'd get it finished before winter hits. I was in the middle of getting bids and had already had a guy from one of the box stores come out, patronize me horribly, and quote me an insane amount of money. My house is small and in a local neighborhood that is being reclaimed with this market. I don't have a lot of extra money for home improvements, but it's pretty critical to have the exterior building envelope tight. Also, I want to add to the visual and financial value of my home. My single-paned aluminum windows and mossy roof are not helping. I've owned construction businesses and nothing bugs me more than when I get a guy giving me condescending treatment. I also know what a hassle / expense it can be for construction companies to mobilize for small jobs, and I know that workmanship and good materials come with a cost. Price, quality, and terms: you can have two, right? So the day after Ralph approached me, Richard from Reve came out. He was professionally dressed and polite. I felt at ease immediately and we chit chatted about my house while I sized him up. He clearly knew what he was talking about in terms of workmanship and he listened actively while I was explaining the work I wanted to have done, my limited resources, my concerns about the weather coming, and my lack of knowledge about how to prioritize the work that I needed done. After listening to me, he helped me come up with a plan of attack that made sense to me and took into account my limitations and concerns. With the financing partners that Reve uses, I am going to be able to put my work on a payment plan that will work within my budget. I didn't feel patronized remotely, and it was evident that he takes pride in his work and his company. Reading the reviews of this company, I see the feedback that we used to get when my ex and I owned a construction restoration company: balking at the cost associated with construction work. I think of the liability, health, and worker's compensation insurance that I used to carry for my employees, the training I used to put my guys through, the costs of disposing of materials, and the expenses incurred with warranty claims. Then I factor in that I am having to have this work done now because of the slipshod work that we put into this house that I thought was going to be a turn-and-burn flip ten years ago when we bought it. Whether I end of living in it or turn it into a rental, I don't want to have to continually budget money to replace substandard work and materials completed by fly-by-night companies. After seeing the stringent qualifications that Reve puts into its workmanship and warranty, I feel good about the choice to pay a real company that can offer genuine warranty and repair as party of its course of doing business. Richard (Macklin) is a great representative for Reve, and if you decide to give them a shot, hopefully he'll be the guy that you get to do your bid. I would have given them a five, but I haven't had their crews on my jobsite yet. I'll check back in when they've completed the work.

Our roof was in rough shape and getting worse. The shingles were so worn and brittle; they would break off if the wind got too strong. The roof had also developed a leak through the bathroom ceiling fan. It came to the point where we had to tarp up our roof. We had been searching for someone to repair our roof for a couple months with no luck. But then we were introduced to Reve Exteriors, by Richard Macklin and Cory Goldman. Both of these men were very helpful and friendly. I explained to them about my situation and they did everything they could to work with me. The process went very smoothly. The roofers arrived at 7:50am and were done with the roof by 9:00pm. They cleared off all the shingles and replaced some boards. There was no extra materials leftover. This was nice because I didn’t pay for more then needed. The roofers brought a dumpster for the waste/debris with them and cleaned up after themselves when finished with their work. The roof looks so amazing and we are so pleased with the service we received. Also Richard had amazing customer service. Any time we had a question or something to sign he would bring it over. So the process was really quick and simple.

I invited Reve over to take a look at my roof, a project I've known I needed to attend to, since I purchased my home a few years ago. Richard was the lead sales consultant and accompanying him was a consultant in training, Cory. I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and plain speak used in explaining to someone not well versed in roof ling what was happening with not only the shingles but the supporting structural elements. The model and other visual aids were helpful to the presentation and pictures verified by myself. At no time did I feel anything but comfort with these gentlemen and their desire to educate me on the risks of my current roofing situation, and the benefits of selecting their proposal over others. It was not what I would consider a high pressure sales situation (nor did I come away feeling slimed afterwards) thought I do think the company needs to consider the pricing structure and discounts only available "the day of" as it's off-putting. I was listening to learn however and liked what I heard so much that I decided to go with their quote. I now look forward to the actual work being performed and will submit another review after my project is complete.

So, the first roof was my mothers. Oh what a mess. Cedar shakes that were mostly missing. The crew did a great job with the roof. There were a couple of issues with additional work. Richard came to the rescue, all that he said would happen did. Great follow up from him. At first I was upset, he calmed me down and got the issues handled. I would definitely recommend Richard as a primary contact for Reve's exteriors. After the job was complete the roof system is excellent, now for my house, YEAH!!! So on to my house, the began removing on Monday 6/27/2016. My biggest concern with construction was the debree in the back yard, 2 dogs that I don't let out in public. They kept the yard as clean as they could during the day, but before they left they cleaned up all the debree so my pups had their yard back. Friendly group of installers. I had a corner of my roof that had water damage and needed the 2x8 16ft long header board replaced. They installed it and put in support bracing, the roof is flat again. I cant wait to see the final results of my roof. I expect it will be as excellent as my mothers. Great job team "Reve's"

Brandon arrived ahead of schedule and was very courteous. He was knowledgeable about the product which was displayed during his presentation and with how well he was able to answer our questions. Brandon was professional and has answered additional questions since our meeting in a timely manner. Thank you again Brandon!

Kyle was my first sales contact, and he was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, highly workable, and a pleasure throughout. As we got the project moving, there were a few miscommunication points with scheduling at the beginning, but we had also just had the major flooding and massive rain in the area that I'm sure had them scrambling to help a lot of people. Even so, with Kyle as my point of contact, he always made sure to touch base with me to keep me updated after that. The workers were always friendly, the roof looks great, and no more leaking, which makes me much happier! I also have gutters that will be installed in 30-60 days once the roof has time to settle. Overall, the little things were little, and I'm sure I will be in touch with them when I have future needs. Thank you!

We haven't had the roofing done yet, we have it scheduled for 2 weeks from now. The work with Richard Macklin to get to this point went really well. No pressure, explained the system well, and the warranty. We had other bids on the roof, and Richard was the person that really didn't push us to sign immediately, was clear on what was going to be included and what wasn't and explained why they do their work the way they do. Really appreciated working with him. I'll try and update after the work is completed.
